His level of honesty, integrity and kindness, coupled with professionalist and great customer services has shown me that I made the correct choice by purchasing my Jeep from Ed Martin. My family and I are beyond impressed with this dealership and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I've already highly recommended you to my daughter for when she is ready to purchase her new vehicle. Thank you!

BUYERS..DONT WAIST YOUR TIME, BEWARE IN STATE and OUT OF STATE this place does shady stuff. They…read moredon't deserve a single star. I called yesterday morning just as they were opening and got Austin (salesman) asked about a vehicle they had listed (Dodge Challenger) he told me that he was pretty sure it was sold, I asked what does "pretty sure" mean? We had money in hand to pay in full for the vehicle, he said he would know by noon if it was sold & would call me back if it wasn't. By 1pm I gave up waiting on Austin, so I called again got Darnell (salesman) seemed like a nice, straight up guy. He told me it was available, it was the owner of the dealerships car. Did a FaceTime showed the car, we talked about pricing and he said "it's under priced and if I didn't buy it today they were going to raise the price". Which I see that is exactly what they did today. That's greed...I explained I wanted the car, had funds in hand. Told him to send me the buyers order and I would pay my taxes in my state (ad valorem where we live). I am out of state and explained to him IN is not a reciprocal to my state so collecting tax is not something they should do nor was I willing to do because I showed him the proof of that on their own IN gov website about our state (you practice business in IN you would think they would understand the law in your state). Everything was good, kept asking for buyers order all day, he kept saying "he was waiting on his manager they were down a manager & super busy but working on it" every time I would text or call. He then text and asked me to wire transfer the money, I explained to him no one in their right mind would wire $80+k before seeing a 6 year old car with low miles. I had no issue with a deposit, but not wiring $80k plus without seeing a car or for that matter having a buyers order in hand. He then called and said the manager would call me, the manager called talk to my husband about the wire transfer. My husband spoke with the sales manager and explained he would not wire transfer $80k without seeing the car or having a buyers order. (RED FLAG) The manager then wanted to explain sales tax to him, my husband told him he would show him on the IN website about our state since we don't have sales tax, we have ad valorem. As a manger he does not know the law in the state he sales cars in..very uneducated. My husband told the sales manger he would bring them a certified check, allow them to deposit it and verify funds before taking the car and he still insisted on a wire transfer. He then told my husband Darnell would send over the buyers order. He waited...waited...waited then text him and said "you were suppose to send the BO over" his response..."we are closed and I am off till 9am Wednesday reach out to the store if needed tomorrow and speak with the General Manager." I responded with "he said you were sending it." I told him this was not how you handle someone spending $80+k and I value my money, they obviously have something to hide and I won't buy from someone who had 5.5 hours to do 1 job that they couldn't even do. His response "thanks for considering us." You are waisting your time trying to talk with the GM as he was the one behind the wire transfer before laying eyes on the car or even getting us a buyers order. We are not new to buying cars, we buy many, many cars a year from all over the US this dealership is shady and does shady stuff trying to rip people off. Good thing I record all conversations and text it was just more proof today when I filed my complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, BBB, Auto Industry Division, Indiana Secretary of State Dealer Division and Indiana Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. Anyone else who has been done wrong by this dealership file your complaints, they will not go unheard. Contact all of the above it will be worth your time. If reading this before you make your purchase from here, GO ELSEWHERE. All the other complaints are true based on our experience.
