I must say, I have had a lot of empanadas in my life in several countries including argentina and every time I see an empanada place in the states and these are hands down the best I've ever had. I was greeted at the door by a precious woman that took my order and came back 10 minutes later with a package that looked like a beautiful birthday gift with the most beautiful flower on top. The staple beef and spicy beef delivered a mouthful of flavorful deliciousness. The more unique flavors of the spinach artichoke and the plum bacon elevated the traditional empanada experience. The blueberry cobbler was a perfect end to a perfect meal. This small little place attached to a gas station was a surprising gem of an experience and I will be sure to make a point to go back the next time I'm in town.

The owner wife of Vinoma is from Argentina and we were told the recipes that owner husband, Brian, uses were his mother-in-laws. Then he add his own magic touch and creativity! You can eat them in you car, sit outside at their tiny table (weather permitting) or take them home. It is also great to purchase them frozen and cook them in your oven when you like. P. S. They make great appetizers for when guests come over!

Am I a *little* crazy for driving 1.5 hours from SF just to try out a new seafood boil spot?…read morePossibly...and left not disappointed. I enjoy more of an "asian" taste when it comes to seafood boil flavors, so the fact that this place has hotpot only made my expectations higher. Prices are fair, and there were empty spots with no line by the time I left (6PM). I ordered 1lb of head on shrimp, clam, and mussel with the combo of potatoes, corn and sausage, with a side of garlic noodles. The highlight is the Simmer Sauce, which is a sweet, spicy, and a little savory/garlicky. The medium packed a kick, so I would definitely get mild for the low spice tolerance people. Shrimp was huge and tasted pretty fresh. Clams varied in size with some clam meat being smaller than others. Mussels were solid, but I noticed we had a couple of closed shells. The garlic noodles paired perfectly with everything, acting both as carbs and great for dipping in the sauce. Although this place beats most if not all seafood boils in the bay area, I had to wait about 30min for my garlic noodles. My server claimed they were making a new batch, but it was a little disappointing having mostly finished everything before they were served. I also had to flag my server down instead of them coming over for updates on my order and getting my bill. The seafood boil came within 10min otherwise though.

We were pleasantly surprised and guests were satisfied. The crawfish were big as well. The star was the sauce though. Perfectly addictive umami!

I got the red sauce pizza with mozz and tomme cheese + sausage added, and the combo was scrumptious -- reminded me of a NY style slice I had growing up but fresher and more elevated. The variety and freshness of the greens really stood out. As a vegetarian, I initially hesitated when I saw what looked like bacon bits, but the owner kindly assured me they were seasoned breadcrumbs -- such a creative and delicious touch. I ordered the potato pizza, and my granddaughter chose the pepperoni. She devoured nearly the entire pizza in record time, so I think it's safe to say she gives it five stars! My potato pizza was the bomb -- bursting with flavor. The pickled peppers added the perfect tangy kick. Both pizzas had that wonderful thin, crispy crust that I absolutely love. The service was friendly and attentive. While the pizzas are on the smaller side and perhaps a bit higher in price, the fresh, quality ingredients make it worthwhile. I also appreciated seeing a Palestinian soda in the refrigerator case, with 50% of the proceeds going toward a Palestine support fund -- a thoughtful and meaningful touch. I'm especially looking forward to warm evenings when I can walk the half mile from my home and enjoy dinner on the patio. We'll definitely be back!

The brioche bun was so very good. The burger was cooked perfectly and too much for me to eat. I brought half home. I also order a salad that came in a bowl. The dressing was so bland. I asked for more dressing and it didn't help. Some of the lettuce was the size of my hand and nearly impossible to cut in a bowl. The leaves were also brown. I pointed that out to the waitress and got a quick "sorry". Not sure if the info was conveyed to the kitchen. There were peels of cucumber and carrot. Again too long to eat gracefully and hard to cut because of the bowl. I looked around and realized everyone who ordered salad, also requested salt and pepper. Shoulda thought of that. My friend order the fried chicken sandwich, again on brioche and it was great. I ate some of her fries (mental note, order fries, not salad) they were so good and definitely abundant. The hibiscus iced tea was stellar. The restaurant has a full bar, many TV's and a very large outdoor seating area on a small lake. The inside is spacious and well decorated. I will probably go again if I'm in the area. Just no salad!

Prices are incredible, food was tasty, and service was excellent. There's daily beer, wine, and cocktail options for $6 ish; we tried the Aperol spritz and draft beer. Food options include a $10 burger, $3 fries , (more for loaded), wings at $1 each with optional sauces, etc. We tried the meatballs - three large veal, pork and beef mixed with fennel pollen, smothered in a delicious tomato sauce, a dollop of whipped ricotta and two slices of grilled bread- $9! We also sampled chicken wings, plain air fried, and with both optional sauces, a hot honey and a sweet chili soy sesame . All very good served with a miso dipping ranch style sauce (not necessary). The fries come with ketchup and we were asked if we wanted aioli - of course that's a yes but sadly, it lacked flavor or depth. We sat outside facing the lake, enjoying the sunshine and people and dog watching to our heart's content. I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the happy hour menu soon!

The flavor of the curry sauce was addictive. It wasn't spicy, just super flavorful. I ate way more than I I could handle, but that's because it was so insanely good. The vegetables were all cooked properly, to a soft comforting chew, and the rice pulled everything together. 11/10 would highly recommend! My only concern was that I would love to see a vegan option for something with french fries. Other than that this place was a nice gem. The guy working the counter was very friendly and has a vibe that could put anyone in a good mood.

I had to pick someone up in the shopping center, i was hungry, and i had seen this place advertised…read moresomewhere. It sounded good...smoking bowls. It was late, i guess 45 min before closing. Looking at the menu it all looked great, creative etc. i asked the server shot the food and he said oh everything is made from scratch., etc. we're got two bowls, the dragon bowl and the roast beef bowl to go. We got them home and opened them up. The roast beef bowl was described as being served over a bed of home made mashed potatoes topped with home made gravy and special horseradish sauce. Tasting it, it was a way too salty and the meat was so mushy it blended way too seamlessly with the brown gravy to my taste, ie it was all a mush of sauce over more mushy mashed potato! But i preferred its flavor over the dragon bowl, but definitely did not taste like a home made beef gravy from scratch, it was on the overly thickened by corn starch side, with that fake bouillon taste. Dragon Bowl looks good, topped with crunchy cashews that had slight rancid taste, and fresh green onion. And sadly, the chunks of chicken in it were hard, ie tough, precooked for who-knows-how-long-tasting; old tasting. And the sauce was way too sweet. I was disappointed with the $35 bill. We took the food to go. Once we tasted it at home we basically threw it all in the garbage. What a waste but, yuck. Sorry! Ambiance: The place was empty of patrons, and felt like it was closing now even though they still have 45 min. Our two bowls were ordered were handed to us super fast after ordering, like it took no time to prepare, explaining the poor flavor and quality we experienced, plus look at what others have written about all this premade fast food. I want to give one star, but I'll give 2, in benefit of the doubt they were trying to close early and rushed things vs if it were earlier in evening with more clientele.
