The Food Hall at Turning Stone - Chicken burrito bowl...the lid barely fit!

I dined at the Bad Burro Taco Shop on a recent Friday night. After waiting in a very short line, I…read moreordered a chicken burrito bowl and it was made while I waited (You can also order ahead and pick up). My bowl had rice, onions, peppers and beans, the chicken as well as corn salsa and pico de gallo. I got sour cream on the side. Bottled sofa, fountain soda, margaritas and bottled beer are available but I opted to get a cup for water. The bowl could easily have fed at least 2 people. Everything was hot, the chicken was nicely seasoned and the sour cream was good and thick, the kind that stayed on the food rather than melting into it. Since it's the food hall, you get your food bagged to go but there are plenty of tables and areas to eat that accommodate all of the restaurants in the hall. There are also several fountain soda machines and condiment/utensil stations and trash receptacles. People are expected to clean up their area but there was someone making sure tables and areas stayed clean. A great simple meal and place to regroup while not being too far away from the action.

Review for the food court in Turning Stone…read more I tried a roast beef sandwich from the deli, roast beef was good and pretty rare but bread was a little stale and sandwich was just really dry. I asked for oil and vinegar on it and the kid working there said, "like thousand island dressing?" No, not quite just olive oil and vinegar - pretty standard on a sandwich from a deli. Also ate at Bad Burro Taco - burrito bowl was only $9 and could easily feed 2 or 1 massive portion. The pork was tasty but the chicken had no seasoning on it and tasted boiled and was very wet like it was sitting in water. Good value but not the best tasting food. The staff that waited on me were great - 4 stars for them, very polite and efficient.

Our server, Morgan, was great--very friendly and helpful. She recommended the special, and I'm glad she did because it was delicious. Everyone in my family enjoyed their meals too. We finished with the seasonal boozy shake and a couple of other desserts, which were all really good. The atmosphere was welcoming, everything was very clean, and the food came out faster than we expected. Overall, it was a really great experience, and we'll definitely be coming back!

My mom and I like to go here whenever we come up for an event and that's what we did after a day full of shopping at their annual craft show. The wait to sit down was 2 hours but we opted to wait and find seats at the bar. Took us about 15 min. Once we sat the bartenders were all great and very prompt, always checking on us. We ordered an appetizer of onion rings and honestly they were so good! Crispy a d the onion didn't slide right out when taking a bite. We were honestly almost full just from that. We also got a burger to split and they were great about it they even played it separately no extra charge. The burger was perfectly cooked to medium. The maple glaze and Gorgonzola cheese were put on the side just like we asked. We're typically not picking a burger to eat, but this one was delicious! The glaze and the tang of the blue cheese was a unique pairing. Even my mom loved it. Could not have asked for a better meal after walking around for hours.

If this was a take out Chinese restaurant, with take out prices, I'd give 5 stars all day. Food…read morewas very good, service was excellent. We were seated, ate, and paid the bill in under an hour. However, prices were outrageous. $60 for a little piece of sea bass and some bokchoi. $30+ for the chicken and scallion plate. There were more pros than cons and overall it was a solid experience. The pros: -the ambiance is gorgeous, Asian decor is tasteful and modern. -the service was kind and attentive. -the soft traditional Chinese instrumental music playing in the background was nice. -tea was on point. -they have a traditional Chinese dish menu in addition to the primary Chinese American menu. -the beef teriyaki on a stick appetizer was hands down the very best part of our meal, succulent and perfectly cooked. Could have had a plate of these. The cons: -price is high for what you get. $26 for lo mein is steep. -the main entrees: You would anticipate the food being a bit better and/or elevated than your average Chinese takeout, but our main entrees were on par with our regular Chinese takeout place. I ordered the Peking shredded pork dish and my SO ordered roast pork lo mein. We both liked our dishes just fine but after the incredible appetizer, they were a bit underwhelming. The service was great and presentation of food was refined but i didn't walk away feeling like the value was all there, except for the app. Great place for a date night.

After a Primavera Margarita and a Strawberry Basil Moscow Mule - both delicious - we moved on to a familiar bellwether, the French Onion Gratinée. Perfectly constructed and delightfully flavorful, we were off to an auspicious start. Our entrees were splendid! His salmon had a perfectly finished crisp and my lobster & shrimp pappardelle had a delectable sauce with copious seafood. Topping off the flavorful feast was peanut butter pie which was light and lovely. We were seated at the same table as last night (still cozy) and well-attended by Kari who knew who we were and chatted companionably with us. Dennis once again stopped by (despite serving a different section) to check in. Our experience with everyone from the front desk to the dining room to the manager was nothing shy of awesome! We look forward to returning and will make a point to do so!
