The flight was an economical way to sample the brews. A BBQ Food truck was parked out front and it was doing a brisk business with bar patrons. It was an American Pale Ale. I've had Schlafly APA. My favorite is 4 Hands' City Wide. Loop's APA tasted extremely bland. No hop flavor to it. And a touch of sweetness. Very strange. Even stranger, it was room temperature. For food, I had the steak wrap with a side salad. The ranch dressing was tasty. The steak was dry and bland. Definitely need something to help it out.
