Apparently that was the wrong question to ask! She replied "well someone made them". She said they were "very good" so I ordered one with my drink. This whole time her demeanor was very rude. I shrugged it off as she was having a bad day. No worries. When she brought the pretzel out it looked as though it was freezer burnt and several years old and shriveled. Tasted like cardboard mixed with rubber. No taste. When this "waitress" returned with my buddies food i mentioned the pretzel was not good. she immediately snatched it off the table, said "Perfect!", walked back to the cash register, grabbed our credit cards we had for our tabs, walked back to our table and said, " i took the pretzel off and im closing both tabs". I've never been treated like this, and if i ever treated a customer like this it wouldn't end well for me! very sad!

It was an American Pale Ale. I've had Schlafly APA. My favorite is 4 Hands' City Wide. Loop's APA tasted extremely bland. No hop flavor to it. And a touch of sweetness. Very strange. Even stranger, it was room temperature. For food, I had the steak wrap with a side salad. The ranch dressing was tasty. The steak was dry and bland. Definitely need something to help it out. All in all, I was not impressed. I want to go back and try the pizza. I may have just ordered the wrong thing.
