What do you do when you don't have an IT person to call when your computer goes haywire? Well, I know the answer now. I work remotely from home, but am responsible for my computer. I can often Google basic troubleshooting options, but my situation was crazy, as in my computer was possessed and I spent countless hours desperately to get my computer functional. I was completely dead in the water and mildly homicidal. I contacted George based on reviews from NextDoor and he was able to come immediately. In fact, I reached out to him shortly after he left and told him I felt I had grossly underpaid him, but he politely said it was the price. I have a set of entertainment equipment that ranges from 5-9 yrs old and I could not troubleshoot why the tv screen wasn't communicating with the receiver, cable box and DVD player. I hired George to come to my home to help address a spotty wifi problem with an upstairs bedroom and a terrible lagging issue with streaming AmazonPrime on my TV. George responded promptly, showed up on time and was courteous, professional, and nice to my pets. I felt very comfortable having him in my home.
