I had a great experience here with one the lady staff member here. I was skeptical of going to a new place with not many reviews but I like giving the local small business my business versus place like Michael's. I have used couple other frame shops to get my man cave set up just for me but not as good as this place. The girl that was there took her time with me as I was probably in there for 1 hour or so since I'm so undecided when it comes to choosing framing and interior home stuff. I usually leave that stuff for my wife but she wasn't able to come with me so I decided to go anyways. Like I said she helped me choose what we both thought was best choice after looking at many combinations with the frames and the mats. Since that frame shop was new but their second location which being in Vienna I said lets do it and see how comes out. I had a Washington D.C print done by artist named Rod Chase that I ordered through the net and the outcome of framing+ matting made it look like a million bucks! Give these guys a try and you will be happy. Ask them about their discounts they can offer since framing can be pricey but they make it affordable for good quality stuff. read more

I recently went to the McLean location to have my father's favorite piece of artwork reframed as a gift and The Frame Market did an amazing job! I was a little nervous at first because I've never had such a significant piece of artwork reframed before, but Kalvin took really good care of me. He listened as I explained what I was seeking and helped me find the perfect high-quality framing materials. Also, the reframing was completed on time! I was really impressed. Their level of customer service is also unmatched. It's rare to go to a business and experience such a warm and friendly atmosphere, but Kalvin was very personable, patient and knowledgeable. So I have visited many other frame shops in my time to get a lot of my art frames through the years if traveling but this frame shop has so far been my place since they been opened. This is a nice little frame shop in McLean that has very good quality frame samples and good service as well. I walked in there and the gentlemen Victor helped me pick all the materials and glass to make the black and white art print I had brought In. He suggested mesuem glass and a thick 8ply white mat board with a small black bottom mat which really brought out the art. I called over the phone to get some quotes for a frame job, that was needed in our office down the street. Spoke with Kalvin, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with pricing. I walked into the frame shop in McLean inquiring about framing a tv and the man knew right away what I meant . He showed me different style of frames that could work with my 65inch vizio and completed the job within 10 days of ordering it. The frame market did a great job getting my Christmas gift to my girlfriend. I came into the shop just a few days before Christmas Day and wasn't sure if they would be able to get it done on time but they sure did! Kalvin did a fantastic job on my jersey's that were framed. Buffalo Bills, Redskins, and Cowboys Jersey. My customers absolutely loved them. So professionally done.
