We had the pleasure of working with the team at Cabinet ERA for our kitchen expansion and remodel…read more Our original plan was to reuse some fairly new white cabinets we had and add additional cabinets as the kitchen size was increasing. We worked primarily with Han, but in reality they are a team at this store and I believe everyone had some contact with our project. Han was able to help us modify our cabinet layout, and offer us a full set of new cabinets that was within our original budget for mixing new and old cabinets. This allowed us to add some nice upgrades like retractable wooden shelves, trash cabinets, and a cooking utensil cabinet next to the range. We used the old cabinets in the laundry room and storage room. The cabinets boxes are quality construction plywood including the corner braces. Solid wood door fronts. Heavy duty glides on drawers. Soft close. Everything you should expect on a quality cabinet. We had the option to order them pre-assembled and this saved us a tremendous cost and time for installation. Our contractors commented on the quality of the cabinets. Our oven cabinet had to be modified to hold two ovens the larger oven weighing 500lbs. We were able to add some minimal reinforcements and got a solid result. The countertops and island slab are very heavy soapstone. The island slab is well over 1,500lbs. Not one issue for those cabinets to support the weight. We are thrilled with the quality of service, the product, and the result.

I was shocked when the lady said that the bill was for $60, which was $30 for each battery. I also bought a brilliant jewelry cleaner that was $24.95. The lady who replaced the batteries was very sweet and pleasant, and she did change the time on one of my watches and cleaned the back plate, but wow that was expensive! I asked for a quote here and quickly received a phone call from Brett at VisionCraft. He was happy to hear my ideas and tell me what was possible and what was not. I appreciated his friendliness, sincerity and promptness. He was afraid I had made the quote request days earlier because he had not always received them from Yelp instantly but in this case it was within minutes of my request. And by the way, he was the only one of 5 requests to respond. If you don't get a response from him that only means it has not hit his email, give him a call. He is very responsive. Days passed and I got sidetracked with another deadline. In a panic I decided to go straight to a number of engravers because my project would have to be put on an express track to be done on time. VisionCraft was not my closest option distance wise but because of my phone conversation with Brett this business was my first stop. I am so glad I went! He exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire drive to this business was spent conjuring Plan B because I really didn't expect my first choice to be possible. Brett received me warmly and promptly gave me his full attention. We discussed my ideas and he was honest about what was possible and what was not, which I appreciated. I doubted that anyone could make my vision a reality in the timeframe that I needed and within my budget. He made it all happen with time to spare. The end result was a set of personalized acrylic frames exactly how I had envisioned them and that I could afford. He is truly a master at what he does, a perfectionist in his work and an honest business person that I will return to with my list of gifts that I would like personalized because I know he will produce the best I could hope for. Words used by recipients of the frames include amazing, gorgeous, beautiful, and stunning, among others. I felt so lucky to happen upon this business. There were a dozen closer options for me but now I will never go elsewhere. He has cemented my loyalty with his superior work, range of options, quick turnaround, affordability, excellent service and not least of all his honesty in communication. I am so grateful.

After a quick google search, I came across Mount Airy Woodcraft. I called Brett, the owner, and spoke with him for a few minutes about what I wanted. After only sending two or three emails back and forth, Brett completely knew what I was envisioning for my gift. He emailed me a picture of what it would look like, as well as a estimate of the price (which I found more than reasonable). Brett does his engraving at his home residence, which was easy to find with the directions he sent me. When I arrived today, he got started almost immediately and was done in less than 20 minutes!
