Who would have thought you could see Sumo in CT?! Well Foxwoods made it so! Great to see the All Star Sumo match come to New England to enjoy a bit of fun, snack on a bento box full of goodies and smash some sake!

These rooms needed improvements 10 years ago! They're extremely dirty , found a bag in the corner of the side lamp and mouse poop around it! DO BETTER FOXWOODS

It is a nice hotel for a staycation in CT. The rooms are modern, clean and great view depending on which side you're facing. My view was of the trees. It was amazing! We stay at the Fox Tower because of their modern rooms. It's close to the Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods. Plenty of restaurants near the hotel. So much to do at Foxwoods other than gambling. Valet parking is great.

Had a blast at the cocktail carnival at the premiereball room. We had a great time here. Alot of alcohol to sample, great music, great vibes, and some interesting food like bacon with chocolate peanut butter Chipotle straps! We also had chicken and waffles and a loaded baked potato. I was happy to be part of this event and would definitely attend it again. The facility was very clean, too. We always have a good time coming to foxwoods and would recommend anyone it to anyone.

I didn't read all the reviews before, but I definitely think this place is worth it Even just for the location. I think personally being able to drink and just go up to your hotel room is super great. The room is very spacious and the beds are very comfy. The bathroom is huge. However, I'm not sure how I feel about the two shower heads. I don't really think they're necessary, but other than that and the towels kind of being all ripped apart, I would say it was a pretty great place. I mean it was kind of pricey for what it was, but other than the parking being a kind of pain in the butt I would say I would definitely do it again.

Check In process was simple and the line wasn't too bad for the wait. I love how the casino no longer smells like cigarettes, which is nice. We stayed for one night and the room was comfortable and had majority of the standard hotel amenities. Our room did not have a safe deposit box though. I did enjoy the comfortable spacious bathroom and beds were pretty soft.

Empty checkin staff with a long line of guests

Still waiting in line to check in. Over a 45 minute wait to checkin with inconsistent checkin staff. There were 3, then 2 left while there is a long line. Seems like a poor customer service for a $400 a night hotel. I've had faster and better service at holiday inn!

AWFUL! 1. The first room they gave us was trashed. Water leaking from the shower, bathroom towels looked like someone was rolling around in mud and decided to wipe them selves down. 2. Second room smelt like a foot that hasn't been washed for 15+ days. Something was clearly dead under the sheets but I was too exhausted to cause a scene. 3. How the F*** do you not have a steamer? There is no reason a hotel of this magnitude does not have a steamer. You're taking all these gambling peoples money and you can't invest in a $29.99 steamer. I drove 30 minutes to go buy a steamer because my fabrics are too delicate for an iron. Out of my many years of traveling, I have not once come to a hotel that does not have steamer. We all don't wear Zara cotton Foxwoods. *Disclaimer I do love Zara no hate.* 4. We go to check out.. Front Desk: "How did you enjoy your stay?" Me: " I hated it" Front Desk: "Okay. Here's your receipt" Okay cute. Wow. Interesting. No level of concern. I came here because I had to....Love comes first and the kids were getting married. Other than that never again. I may even have a rash after sleeping in that bed. Headed to go get it checked out now. CHARGE BACK WHERE

We booked the director suite so we could enjoy the jacuzzi tub with a view. When we got to the room I went to scope things out. The tub had multiple hairs and dried soap stains. I called the front desk and let them know we were headed out for dinner if they could send someone up to clean since it didn't look touched. We got back maybe 3 hours later excited for our sunset soak but it hadn't been taken care of. I called again and waited another hour and a half before someone came up to address it. A waste of time waiting around and I had to call again ! The views were great but interior needs some quality control. The blanket had blood over it that they just tried covering with a sheet. Pretty gross experience. Only giving two stars for the view. I shouldn't have had to call 3 times to get a tub cleaned and waited hours when it should have been cleaned at check in to begin with.

I have many fond memories for decades of coming here and enjoying one of the largest Casinos in the country! I have met so many wonderful staff members that has made my experience here top knotch! The Staff at FOX TOWER has been excellent especially one of my long time favorite Staff member - NORMA JEAN! She has always taken great care that I had the Best experience at FOXWOODS! She and others worked at the Concierge CheckIn along with PATRICIA PEACOCK LOVEDAY. It was always exciting to play and at times spend a night here! Some changes I miss dearly was the RAINMAKER BUFFET closed due to our Pandemic, BUT, I hope they resurrect this BUFFET AGAIN! In all the years here, I hope the Executives acknowledges its prized staff who truly Represents FOXWOODS in a positive light! But I would be remiss not to mention one other Member of FOXWOODS IS MICHEAL, Who is working in SECURITY and a super talented Artist who would paint caricatures of the guests on the windows if they were celebrating a Birthday or special events! Thanks all for my memories!

It was so incredible to get off the road, get lost once, and find the right spot and the nice man tell me where to put my car. I never had to lug through the parking garage to find my car, the nice men brought it. Tip well, these vallets are incredible. The actual lobby was very clean, and has lots of space. Huge check in area, I would be scared to see it full. Listen to the people at the desk for elevator directions, I got on the wrong one and it was awful. Just so much longer.... The room was huge, and had many places to sit. The TV had a guide channel, if you enjoy finding something to watch. There is a locked door leading outside, which freaked me out until I figured out it was well locked and couldn't accidentally be opened. The bathroom is also huge, but very slippery if you're not careful. There is a mat with the towels and some grab bars on the tub so I suspect the slippery-ness is known. The toilet isn't a Pre-K reject, and actually appropriate for an average adult. (Probably not if you have joint issues...)

The room was immaculate, and very quaint with its beam ceilings and original doors. It also had a lovely private patio to enjoy. The hosts Jodi and Scott are lovely, welcoming people who make sure their guests truly enjoy their stay. Breakfast was served in their elegant dining room or on their beautiful outside patio. A full country breakfast waited for us every morning. After spending a delightful day in Mystic, CT, dining and discovering the town, we made our way to the inn. It was 645 pm as walked in main entrance to ring the staff. Jodi met us and guided us to the LILY room. At first glance, this historic building was updated, clean and spacious with many amenities in room to suit us. She proceeded to instruct us on the tv remote, hot tub rules, side door lock and a few other notables to make our stay safe. Great sleep, the pillows are thin and worn, too late to have them replaced. The Temperpedic (?) foam mattress was a tad hard initially although we were tired and fell asleep quickly. First issue noticed next morning as I attempted to neatly assemble the bedding to make it look presentable, as I peeled layers back, there were large, older stains on sheets, top and bottom. Not acceptable considering the staff washed linens and made the entire bed overlooking such an obvious area of spots. The main issue occurred next morning when at 6 am, I woke to wash my face and noticed the slow sink pressure, then at 7 am, down to a trickle and when I attempted to shower, water was non existent. Now what? There was a carafe of water on dresser, so I used the keurig to make coffee and wait until breakfast time to address the owner. There were a few other things I would change but it's not my business. The grounds are beautiful venue for weddings, weekends and wandering. The owners stepped in post Covid with this huge financial undertaking and most of what you will experience is up to the individual's expectations.
