There's no excuse to have that much black mold anywhere in a hotel. It's a major health hazard.

They recently put in new carpets and jazzed it up a bit. There is a great bar area towards the back too. They have a great mix of old and new machines. The machines pay out the same as the rest of the rooms but this room seems to be more lively - which it use to be that this room was always the quiet and not very busy one. The location is great for us since we always stay at the hotel above. The drink people don't come around even 1/2 as much as they use to for free drinks except for in the morning when they are giving out free cheap coffee.

They refuse to acknowledge your patrons and when they do "what do you want" is unprofessional/uninviting and a little degrading. I would recommend your staff a visit to the Fox Tower bar or any other bar in Foxwoods to take lesson in customer service and guest satisfaction. Their job is to please your guests, not to act as figures of authority.

If you're going to Foxwoods it's super convenient, 5 min away. The restaurant in the lobby had a breakfast buffet for $16.95/person. Not sure if I'd stay again; pricey for what you got!
