We were so excited to visit this new location. It's perfect location for a GWL. Family/kids friendly here and Adult friendly across the parking lot once quiet hours start. Our family of 6 arrived with a group of our friends for a 3 day stay. Right away, my 6yr made a friend on staff named Abknell, who as he recalls, "makes the best donuts and popcorn", always greeted the kids with their names, hi-5s and smiles! Thank you Abknell for creating an unforgettable experience for my kids that have made them want to return, even if only to say "hello" and hang out to buy some popcorn from you!! My 6yr old also made a friend at the wand shop named CJ, who was very entertaining and energetic with his wand play and stories. CJ was a great sport, even when kids piled on him. Thank you CJ for your dedication to the wizard game, giving the littles ones a super fun experience and again we apologize if the kids were a bit carried away at times in their method acting. You handled them so well!! As for the water park, it seemed clean, felt safe and the kids had fun! The kids loved the water slides, lazy river and wave pool. The layout of of the pool area allowed me to sit and view the general areas my kids would roam and the very visible lifeguard staff helped us parents to feel safe enough. The hotel rooms were comfortable and clean. Quiet hours were very well enforced and I am sorry if at anytime our night-owl crew was ever a bit noisy. We very much are looking forward to our next visit here. Home is close to another GWL location however, we would gladly drive the extra hour to spend a couple days at the GWL-Foxwoods location.

The waterpark is awesome, my daughter couldn't get enough of the lazy river and water slides and wave pool. The staff was really nice and helpful. Room was clean- daughter loved the bunk beds. And great dinner options next door at the casino. Really memorable trip for the fam.

The bed was on the firmer side and the pillows were terrible, super flat! The TV was sooo small (32 in)! The room had a fridge which froze everything we put inside. The whirlpool jets were weak and the tub took about 30 min to fill. I was disappointed that they didn't honor my Hilton gold membership because I booked through a third party. If you're going to Foxwoods it's super convenient, 5 min away. The restaurant in the lobby had a breakfast buffet for $16.95/person. Not sure if I'd stay again; pricey for what you got!

For a Hilton Hotel, I was pretty disappointed the colors, rug, and the furniture remind me of my grandmothers house/guest room. It doesn't really give me the upscale premium room I'd expect for a Hilton. Here's some things I noticed, - Grout around the edges of the tub is brown/black/green not white and is wet and the corners are slimy!! -The bed is slightly uncomfortable it feels like a cheap piece of foam - The TV is 32" 720p TV, sitting on a dresser that makes it look ridiculous, this TV is easily 8-10 years old if not more. I'm not expecting much for a hotel TV but I can't believe how poor quality it is. Overall 3/5 underperforming Hilton Hotel, only stay for purely Foxwoods convenience.

The room was immaculate, and very quaint with its beam ceilings and original doors. It also had a lovely private patio to enjoy. There was a carafe of water waiting for us, and comfy robes to welcome us. A lot of attention to detail was put in to make us feel very much at home. The hosts Jodi and Scott are lovely, welcoming people who make sure their guests truly enjoy their stay. Breakfast was served in their elegant dining room or on their beautiful outside patio. A full country breakfast waited for us every morning. Fresh fruit, homemade muffins, and delicious meals like sausage, potato strata and raspberry drizzled French toast were on the menu the days that we stayed. Once again the attention to detail was incredible. Meals were beautifully presented , and the tables were set with fresh summer flowers. The grounds were also well kept, and the gardens and pond area were so relaxing to stroll through or stop and relax for awhile in an outdoor chair. Thank you Jodi and Scott for a wonderful experience. We are already planning a return trip!

It's always a challenge to find suitable lodging away from home…read more SO, we chose this inn for the good reviews and that highly regarded status of the SELECT REGISTRY. After spending a delightful day in Mystic, CT, dining and discovering the town, we made our way to the inn. It was 645 pm as walked in main entrance to ring the staff. Jodi met us and guided us to the LILY room. At first glance, this historic building was updated, clean and spacious with many amenities in room to suit us. She proceeded to instruct us on the tv remote, hot tub rules, side door lock and a few other notables to make our stay safe. Great sleep, the pillows are thin and worn, too late to have them replaced. The Temperpedic (?) foam mattress was a tad hard initially although we were tired and fell asleep quickly. First issue noticed next morning as I attempted to neatly assemble the bedding to make it look presentable, as I peeled layers back, there were large, older stains on sheets, top and bottom. Not acceptable considering the staff washed linens and made the entire bed overlooking such an obvious area of spots. The main issue occurred next morning when at 6 am, I woke to wash my face and noticed the slow sink pressure, then at 7 am, down to a trickle and when I attempted to shower, water was non existent. Now what? There was a carafe of water on dresser, so I used the keurig to make coffee and wait until breakfast time to address the owner. There were a few other things I would change but it's not my business. The grounds are beautiful venue for weddings, weekends and wandering. The owners stepped in post Covid with this huge financial undertaking and most of what you will experience is up to the individual's expectations.

It's a great location on the corner. Perfect site to people watch. Close to main area if you walk through the amphitheater path. This take you straight to the pool area without needing a golf cart. Plus a grassy field for pets is just a few feet across the road. Only downside was so much dry dusty dirt. We hosed down the site & road when we could. That helped with the dust a little. When we arrived our site had an issue with the 50amp. The maintenance staff was friendly & worked quickly to resolve it. Later they helped us find someone to fix an issue with one of the vehicles in our group. Their maintenance crew gets 5 stars all around. There were tons of activities. The schedule was packed. Various crafts,, pool workouts, corn hole tournaments, tug-of-war, flag football, a magician, a DJ, & a cover band. The most popular activity seemed to be bingo. Prizes varied from $10 to $180. Bingo was everyday and packed. There are 4 pools. One was adults only, three were families. There was also a toddler pool, a splash pad, and a few hot tubs. The rules are strict though. No diving. No jumping. No pool accessories. No horseplay. No water games. And no food or alcohol in the pool area. "Patrolling" was one of their downfalls. They had a few overzealous staffers with red shirts marked "Ranger". They "patrolled" on foot, by golf cart, on bikes, & in vehicles. I thought their "bike unit" was pretty aggressive. Often stopping non-helmeted bikers or counting campers at campsites. But when the "rangers" switched to vehicles, they drove way above the 8 mph speed limit to "catch" rogue campers on golf carts to tell them to drive slower. Overall the campground was great. Tips: Bring bike helmets for riders. (This was strictly enforced.) Don't forget anything. Store is small & stock was limited. As in if you run out of camper toilet paper, you need to take a 15 min drive to Walmart to get some. They don't carry it. Bring quarters & detergent for laundry. They didn't have a working change machine or laundry vending machines. Bring string lights if possible. It's pretty dark. Dog park is small like super small. Avoid sites in "The Meadows" area. The owner sites are nice but the rentals look they belong in 8-mile. No lie you might need a tetanus shot after a stay in one of them
