Did a search on Grok about valet parking at the hotel and it said they did have valet parking. Upon arriving they did not. Had to park in the garage for the Cedar Hotel. We were told they discontinued it for the Great Cedar during Covid and never brought it back. Check in we reserved a king bed, no smoking. They were out at a check in time of 4pm. We ended up with a 2 double beds. It wasn't a problem but bears mentioning. We had a military discount which helped. We ended up on the 7th floor a few rooms down from the elevation. This made it easy when we left the room. The room furniture of old and marked up. But the bed was pretty comfortable. The towels were very nice and there were plenty of them The TV was in good working order. The bathroom floor was cracked Everything was clean, but I would still take precaution on the remote. Overall the hotel just really needed to be updated.

I rented a room for my son's 21st birthday he wanted to spend the night and gamble The hotel was an absolute letdown. It says that they have a pool and a spa which that particular hotel does not when we asked the front desk They told us that we could try to go to the grand Peacock and see if we could get in that was their answer and also that people only rent this hotel to play bingo but if you look it up, it says that they have a pool and a spa also in the morning, my son got up He went downstairs. He asked if there was breakfast and one of the workers told him there's a Dunkin' Donuts down the hall so all the money I paid for that one night was just to sleep they shouldn't call themselves a resort You need to have required things to call yourself a resort and they have nothing but a waterfall

I haven't stayed at this Tower while at Foxwoods but I have ventured into the building while going to the arcade. This is to me the oldest of the Foxwoods buildings. I love the Native American art that's displayed in the lobby and on the walls throughout. Gives history to the building.

Stayed at grand cedar for one night. Check in took less than 5 minutes z. The room the cleanest room I ever seen in a long time. Kudos to your housekeeping staff. I like the fact that you can open the windows a little bit for some fresh air. Bed was very comfortable and I got a really good night of sleep. There is also a second sink and mirror just outside of the bathroom.

Clean your vents.

I normally don't do this and after reading these reviews I wanted to cancel my recent reservation so bad. Are the reviews true...yes. Do I wish I would've cancelled my reservation...yes. Foxwoods, what happened? The room was filthy, and outdated. Non smoking room reeked like cigarettes, spent the night rubbing my eyes and itching my skin from the amount of dust particles floating around my room. The fox tower was closed, a handful of games were out of order, broken glass bottles and beer spilt all over the elevator. Have stayed several times in this past...this time around was an extremely different experience. For the price you pay, you'd expect a lot more. Not sure if we'd come back, would rather stay at Mohegan.

Upon check in, there was feces in the toilet - and the sink was filthy. We then found penis shaped glitter on the floor. The hotel only offered to comp our $25 daily resort fee (which is ridiculous to charge right now anyway as COVID rules it's closed). We couldn't check out as they suggested because we'd been drinking. The blankets are barely more than two sheets together. There are holes in the curtains. The furniture is worn out (and old would be an understatement.) There's build up on high touch areas(meaning not only is special care not being taken but they haven't been cleaned in a long time). The sprinklers are so covered in dust we couldn't be sure it was a sprinkler. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing - last night was angry karaoke time well through midnight? Now (9am) the cleaning crew is yelling to each other in the hallways. I've never been so unsatisfied with lodgings in my life. Wow and someone just asked the cleaning crew to tone it down and I could hear them yell at him to check out if he didn't like it. We were supposed to stay for two nights - but after staying here one night we're leaving now. No one from the hotel offered to do anything acceptable. Reporting to the health department. So unacceptable. We've recently stayed at Grand Pequot and were super satisfied. This is the first hotel I've stayed at in my life that I felt uncomfortable showering in. I wouldn't stay here willingly for free. Totally stunned at the issues and the response.

The bed was on the firmer side and the pillows were terrible, super flat! The TV was sooo small (32 in)! The room had a fridge which froze everything we put inside. The whirlpool jets were weak and the tub took about 30 min to fill. I was disappointed that they didn't honor my Hilton gold membership because I booked through a third party. If you're going to Foxwoods it's super convenient, 5 min away. The restaurant in the lobby had a breakfast buffet for $16.95/person. Not sure if I'd stay again; pricey for what you got!

For a Hilton Hotel, I was pretty disappointed the colors, rug, and the furniture remind me of my grandmothers house/guest room. It doesn't really give me the upscale premium room I'd expect for a Hilton. Here's some things I noticed, - Grout around the edges of the tub is brown/black/green not white and is wet and the corners are slimy!! -The bed is slightly uncomfortable it feels like a cheap piece of foam - The TV is 32" 720p TV, sitting on a dresser that makes it look ridiculous, this TV is easily 8-10 years old if not more. I'm not expecting much for a hotel TV but I can't believe how poor quality it is. Overall 3/5 underperforming Hilton Hotel, only stay for purely Foxwoods convenience.

The room was immaculate, and very quaint with its beam ceilings and original doors. It also had a lovely private patio to enjoy. There was a carafe of water waiting for us, and comfy robes to welcome us. A lot of attention to detail was put in to make us feel very much at home. The hosts Jodi and Scott are lovely, welcoming people who make sure their guests truly enjoy their stay. Breakfast was served in their elegant dining room or on their beautiful outside patio. A full country breakfast waited for us every morning. Fresh fruit, homemade muffins, and delicious meals like sausage, potato strata and raspberry drizzled French toast were on the menu the days that we stayed. Once again the attention to detail was incredible. Meals were beautifully presented , and the tables were set with fresh summer flowers. The grounds were also well kept, and the gardens and pond area were so relaxing to stroll through or stop and relax for awhile in an outdoor chair. Thank you Jodi and Scott for a wonderful experience. We are already planning a return trip!

After spending a delightful day in Mystic, CT, dining and discovering the town, we made our way to the inn. It was 645 pm as walked in main entrance to ring the staff. Jodi met us and guided us to the LILY room. At first glance, this historic building was updated, clean and spacious with many amenities in room to suit us. She proceeded to instruct us on the tv remote, hot tub rules, side door lock and a few other notables to make our stay safe. Great sleep, the pillows are thin and worn, too late to have them replaced. The Temperpedic (?) foam mattress was a tad hard initially although we were tired and fell asleep quickly. First issue noticed next morning as I attempted to neatly assemble the bedding to make it look presentable, as I peeled layers back, there were large, older stains on sheets, top and bottom. Not acceptable considering the staff washed linens and made the entire bed overlooking such an obvious area of spots. The main issue occurred next morning when at 6 am, I woke to wash my face and noticed the slow sink pressure, then at 7 am, down to a trickle and when I attempted to shower, water was non existent. Now what? There was a carafe of water on dresser, so I used the keurig to make coffee and wait until breakfast time to address the owner. There were a few other things I would change but it's not my business. The grounds are beautiful venue for weddings, weekends and wandering. The owners stepped in post Covid with this huge financial undertaking and most of what you will experience is up to the individual's expectations.

And a free shuttle to/from Foxwoods Now the reasons why there are no more points: - the rooms: thin walls and ceiling, strange noises during the night (maybe a nearby compressor), a bed in a metal frame that made pinging noises when you moved while sleeping. The smell permeated everything we brought into the room- clothes, luggage, bags. I contacted the Hilltop and no supervisor will call me back. I have sent countless emails. No response. Called no one will call me back. The room smelled horrible. I've been a nurse for several years and honestly seems like a health hazard. I'm wondering if it could be mold. I am sensitive to smell but the more I thought about it the more I wonder if maybe everyone cannot smell it which means they aren't aware of the danger. I let the health department know as well.

He is hiding behind latent admittance to his incompetence. He is in the absolute wrong industry. Hospitality is a guest-centric industry, and this guy has absolutely no clue what he is doing. Cigarette burns Bedbugs Broken jacuzzi jets Disgusting sheets Hypodermic needles Homeless bums A "manager" who works 4 hours a day....[that says a lot, doesn't it?] I have had to chase this manager down for the better part of a week.
