I like going to Mohegan it has a lot of color to it. There are good restaurants there and it's very comfortable

A perfect midweek escape at Mohegan Sun! We stayed in the Sky Tower. Our room was on a higher floor, away from the elevator & it was peaceful in great contrast to the energy of the casino below & the views were absolutely stunning! One of the highlights was the Sun Terrace Pool. The 10,000 s.f. solarium creates such a bright, airy atmosphere. The indoor pool was the perfect temperature & the whirlpool was perfect for unwinding. It felt like a mini retreat within the resort! And to top it all off, my husband had some luck in the casino which totally makes the makes the whole experience even better! Overall, it was the ideal mix of relaxation, fun & a little excitement. We will definitely be back!

    Two bites on my chest

Went here on Sunday, May 10, 2026 with a checkout date of May 13, 2026. I went to bed on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 and was awakened at 3am scratching profusely around my neck and chest. I jumped up and went to the bathroom and noticed bites on my neck, chin and chest. I was afraid to get back into my bed so I got in the other double bed that was in the room. I grabbed my phone and began searching on Google for issues with bedbugs at Mohegan Sun and found a plethora of reviews going back to 2005 on guests experiencing bed bug bites. I decided to follow the advice of the sites and go downstairs to file a report with management. Just as I was getting out of bed I glanced over at the other bed and noticed movement. It was a bedbug!!!! I captured that sucker in a plastic drinking cup and took it downstairs to report it to management. The assistant manager on duty said she would file my report with the manager and someone would get back to me within four days. She also offered to transfer me to another room but I told her I because my checkout was the same day at 11am so I went back upstairs to my room and took a shower and left around 4am. I've been going to Mohegan Sun since they opened in 1997 and I have never experience bedbugs there but one encounter with them suckers is enough to keep anybody away because they can easily become an infestation. I have seen documentaries of real life horror stories about bedbugs and what they have done to people's homes, lives, and emotional psyche.

Mohegan Sun is massive. Bring your most comfortable walking shoes because you will be doing a lot of walking. The place is enormous and you could easily spend an entire weekend here and still not see everything. There are tons of restaurants, but make sure you make reservations ahead of time. We tried getting into several places and couldn't get a table anywhere. We ended up eating dinner at Chick-fil-A, which unfortunately was extremely dirty and had nowhere to sit. For a property this large, Mohegan Sun really needs more seating areas for the fast food spots so people actually have somewhere to eat. Parking was also a bit stressful because the signage wasn't very clear, we had to call the front desk and ask where to go. From an accessibility standpoint, I wouldn't consider it very handicap accessible. The elevators are somewhat hidden and hard to find, and there's no clear map to help you figure out where anything is. Some of the signs were even wrong, which made navigating the property even more confusing. We spent most of the time asking where things were, and a few times the staff gave us the wrong directions. That said, the casino itself is huge and impressive. If you enjoy casinos, there's plenty to explore. The hotel room was probably one of the cleanest and most spacious rooms I've ever stayed in, which was a big plus. The arena is also very large. It looks like it could hold around 10,000 to 15,000 people. And almost every seat seems like a good seat except the floor seats.... When everyone stands up, it's hard to see the stage. We had Krispy Kreme for breakfast and Ben & Jerry's for a late night snack. I would definitely go back. Next time I'll just make reservations for dinner ahead of time and bring my transport chair because it's just too much walking for me.

Came here after a long day of shopping and eating dinner. Wanted to stop in to get some donuts at Krispi Kreme. It was Saturday night around 8pm and boy was it crowded. We thought there was a concert or a basketball game happening as there was very little parking on all floors of the garage. Found out later there was a special event happening. But we were able to find parking! And no line at the donut shop. Picked out our donuts then left. No gambling this time.

My first time seeing a concert at the Arena and it was great! Easy to find our seats, great viewing from section 8. Clean floors and chairs. Parking and signage were nicely positioned and easy to follow. I do wish there were some people here & there to ask questions. Bathrooms, flawless. I thanked each woman I met. Personally I don't think they're appreciated enough. If there was a tip jar I would have added to each. The process of checking in to the arena was flawless! With this band you need to use a yndr pouch for your phone, last year a different venue, created a major cluster. Mohegan and the people working there .. excellent. A great experience

I just have to say that Mohegan Sun Casino has given me a much better experience and entertainment than any other I have gone to! The games are fun and always upgrading to new games! Plus the Restaurants are second to none and you can go frugal or expensive depends on your tastes or interests! But I do have to comment of their Reservation Operator that makes your experience happen! I was interacting with "DENISE", from Reservation and she took my information and made my decision to stay much easier! She checked and confirmed my request and was extremely pleasant and truly a huge asset to the Mohegan Family! Thank you so much and I hope that someone in Corporate will approach you and tell you they are super pleased that you gave a Mohegan Sun Member a wonderful experience! I also want to give another shout out to another deserving Mohegan Sun Manager who for a few years has been so helpful and pleasant to me whenever he saw me at Mohegan! He was at all the Give Away Events but last I heard he was promoted to Public Events Manager "CAMERON SHULTZ"! He has the personality and presence that makes guests feel welcome! I hope to bump into him again but I know that a Mohegan Sun is aware of his worth! Happy Spring and keep Mohegan Sun the Best!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The experience my boyfriend and I had at Bow & Arrow was shocking and completely unacceptable. We were visiting family back home, and this has always been his favorite wing spot. He had talked it up forever and was excited for me to finally try it. As he finished his beer, he suddenly pulled a large shard of glass from his mouth, along with several smaller pieces that had been stuck to the roof of his mouth. This came directly from the inside glass. We immediately informed the waitress, who brought over security. After waiting around for 10 minutes, security took his name and number and collected the shard. No one explained what was happening, no one checked on him, and no one showed even basic concern. Instead, management tried to force him to pay the entire tab, claiming that "nothing happened" and that the shard was "probably plastic." That is absolutely false, plastic does not chip, shine, or fracture like glass. Anyone with eyes can see that in the photos. We understandably refused to pay. The tribal police ultimately stepped in and paid the tab themselves because management refused to act with any courtesy, accountability, or empathy. Now, we are left monitoring his stool for the next 2-3 days to make sure his internal organs weren't damaged from ingesting glass. This is not minor. This is a serious health risk. For anyone going here: watch your glasses closely. They stack them, they chip, and apparently no one takes responsibility when something goes horribly wrong. This whole ordeal took 2 1/2 hours to finally be resolved, taking our leisure time that was supposed to be spent spending more money on the gambling floor. No one apologized for the situation and did not acknowledge the mistake that was made. Extremely disappointing and handled in the worst way possible.

Another wonderful stay! By far the best casino hotel around! Beauty in every direction you look in all common areas, spacious and immaculate clean rooms, lovely and helpful staff, excellent restaurants, something for everyone! My monthly solution as my oasis in life! Love this place!

I prefer Mohegan over Foxwoods. I find it easier to navigate and the dining options are better. I like to park in the Riverview garage on the 5th floor-when you leave you turn right onto the highway without the need to go back down through the garage.

Sitting here to checking, did have one person working it and now she left and there are 40 people in line. Have been trying to check in for over 1.5 hrs.. not a good start at all..

There is so much to see, do, experience, shop for and choose for food and beverages at the Mohegan Sun. Their event center is wonderful I've seen many concerts and performances there. Love Sift bakery, Lush, and the Irish Pub.

Back again to be thrilled and pampered with excitement and food. Such great restaurants. I always feel safe. The whole place is so clean and exciting. When you arrive. Tip the porter ( hint). You get your vehicle faster when leaving.

It'll be my first time going to Mohegan for my birthday and I'm from Chicago. I don't normally gamble so where is the best place to play. Slots or tables? best place to eat while we're there. Any advice is appreciated! Thank you!

Play 1cent slots. You start small. Bobby flay restaurant is great

Have been sitting at a machine that broke down for over a half hour waiting for a slot attendant. Have been told by various people that work here that someone should be coming. Do they really have slot attendants in the Wind Casino?

They do have attendants but very few as they have cut back on staffing. I was there last Saturday and there were 2 attendants on for the whole casino (all sections - wind/sky/earth) - ridiculous considering how many machines are out of service.… Read more

Monday night stay in April 2026…read more I've been to other motels in area for about same rate and at this rate it out performed the others with obviously 2 to 3.5 stars. The entrance is really easy to miss as the traffic is moving so fast and the Hyatt sign is so small, low, and not lit very well. The entry looks like a service entry to some back area.. and it is way in the back so you will not see the building until you are well down their road after you turn in. Parking not so bad although I can see on a busy weekend it could be a challenge to find a spot near the front. Elevator is past right desk to right, whereas dining is to left. There is a gym open 24 hours (didn't go to it) The indoor pool I believe is open until 10PM (didn't go to it) 5 Minutes straight down the road to the Mohegan Sun (nearest to Winter Parking) Room with king was clean and in good condition. Everything worked. Bathroom door was wide and ADA compliant. In our King room we had a couch, work table, king bed, mini fridge, one LCD large flat screen TV, and all the other typical stuff in a room. The breakfast in morning included hot service: Canadian bacon (slightly salty but great) Has brown cubes Scrambled egges French toast (without the vanilla extract) Also - hard boiled eggs, totilla wraps, berries in sauce, yogurt, various breads, bannanas, OJ/Apple Juice/and Cranberry? The food attendant was right on stocking the food. Bus your own trays and silverware to bins to left of room. Food seating - the lobby area, the main area near food, and a sunny veranda. Hours for breakfast (included complimentary with lodging) 7AM - 10AM Check out is at 11AM Check in is at 4PM but you can request earlier time Lobby had a slight funky odor, but not incredibly bad although it could use some air freshener There is a snack and beverage display to right to bac near front counter. Price is a bit high e.g. med chips ~ $5.50. There is a CVS right down the street, pick up your snacks a beverage there instead. There are no steps into building so it is all ADA compliant. No smoking unit - great! I do not believe it accepts pets either. Not sure. Some movie channels could not connect because of signal issues. The menu on the TV is a big pain as you cannot scroll the menu, just let it run through. If you hit the channel up or down button it only effects the channels not the menu. There is no menu button. HVAC works fine. Typical noise but at least you don't hear clanking blades or noise like a airplane when it's running. Sink is out side bathroom which has shower (rain style not forceful spray), and toilet. Towels are placed in shower stall, high up and opposite shower head. Two night stands (one has a useless clock with no instructions), so use your cell phone for an alarm. The other night stand has a USB connector box. Both sides of bed had sconces. I would stay again if it was same great price (under $100 plus tax; weekend is probably higher). Well worth it at this rate! Not perfect, but the other stuff and small inconveniences was worth living with for what you get at this price point so close to the casino. Enjoy your vacation or trip!

I was even traveling to one when I had to return home with the flu the first leg of this trip and the property in Boise had no issue! Most Marriott's require a 24 hour cancellation and have never had a problem. As a Lifetime Gold member and multiple years Platinum, I have been truly loyal to Marriott. This property's management is rarely in the office as I have called on multiple occasions and feel that their customer support is less than stellar if in fact they don't have the appropriate notes as I've left with each team member this week, yet she is claiming no one has gone into my profile and made any notes. At this point, she is unwilling to refund my reservation fee of $160+ and remains on my credit card. We're headed back next month, and the month after that,, and the month after that to try out the tiny house and the Octagon house by the brook. A full five stars for Bert & Nancy's Water Forest Retreat!!
