I ordered my steak rare because most places overcook them (forgot they use sous vide method). Came almost perfect rare but could have used a harder reverse sear and was very good. Baked potato was large and obviously oven roasted, the mushrooms were outstanding. She loved the burger, was cooked medium, juicy, and flavorful. The bite I had showd it was fresh and of excellent quality. We both agreed the wedges were some of the best we ever had. Serve was flawless, he owner came and talked with us for 15 minutes, a Salem native, very nice guy; we'll be back. Oh, I got a gyro to go. Had it the next day, very good.
