The staff should either have a designated entrance (preferably a back door) or if they must come through the front door and in the mix of customers, they should be dressed appropriately to start work. I asked the waitress again about my stuff, and she told me, "sir your food will be out soon, sweetheart." passively aggressive. I am on the phone with my friend, whispering to her about how the service sucks, and the food is taking too long.
