The service is good but the food SUCKS. My roommate and I went there this morning and it was so bland. I had steak and it wasn't very tasty. My roommate even said it wasn't good and he's not pick at all. Even the desert we got for a dollar was bland. I got apple pie and he got cheesecake. At least the price wasn't too expensive. Just stopped in for some cake and coffee had a wonderful experience Bella the waitress was phenomenal cheesecake with chocolate three layer chocolate cake just delicious. Ate here for the first time for breakfast and it was excellent! I had the Homerun which came with eggs, bacon, sausage and two pancakes. I was surprised by how big the pancakes were and they were delicious. The slices of bacon were also much larger than I've ever seen in any restaurant and they were cooked perfectly. They were also meaty, meaning there was hardly any fat on them. I will also add that their COVID protocols are very good as well, which is something that is still important to me. The seating is spaced, they use paper menus, no condiments on the table until after you order and the staff is masked. The restaurant was also very clean. The Greek hostess makes a great first impression. Eaten here twice now and the food has been tasty and reasonably priced. The only downside was our waitress seemed distracted and inattentive, but ahem was bussing several tables at 10:30pm. The only other waitress had only one table but the hostess hovered around her so i think she may have been new. She forgot to ask my husband what he'd like to drink. Then, when i got my plate, she asked if i wanted ketchup. I said yes but it never came. She never stopped at our table until we were done so i couldn't remind her. Just ate my fries without. Will keep coming here, it's our favorite Greek restaurant on 100 - but service could improve. read more

I decided to go out for breakfast at my favorite breakfast place, as always the service was impeccable, my western omelette was delicious! Hash browns were crispy and yet soft buttery and perfect! I ordered french toast instead of my normal pancake, definitely a mistake! The French toast was HORRIBLE! I can honestly say it was the worst French toast I've ever eaten! No matter how much syrup or butter you put on it, it was DRY! I realize they usually use day old bread I know I make it at home but I don't know if they didn't let it soak enough or what happened? But I couldn't even eat it.... I was definitely disheartened... I have never had a bad anything at The Forum! The waitress did her best and offered me a piece of cheesecake to take home for free... Went here for early lunch yesterday. Was greeted right away and taken to a table. Annie was our waitress...very polite . I had a sausage omelet that was delicious. The others had turkey club and soup and a different omelet. Food was served quickly and tasty. Not rushed as we sat and talked for quite awhile. Save yourself...it's too late for us!! We decided to have breakfast for dinner and try a new place. Service and food were equally bad. In spite of the restaurant being almost empty (five or six tables filled before we arrived), it took a waitress over 5 minutes to come to our table. We ordered coffee, a mushroom and cheese omelet with hash browns and a pancake substituted for the toast, and a Home Run breakfast. The waitress asked my husband how he wanted the two eggs cooked and what kind of toast he wanted with his Home Run meal. The coffee tasted old and burnt. When the meals were served the omelet was awful. Inedible. The hash browns were dry, but with a lot of salt and pepper tasted okay. And whatever they try to pass off as butter, . . . isn't. When the waitress came to ask if we wanted more coffee (she didn't bother to ask about our food), I let her know that the omelet was terrible and that I couldn't eat it. The mushrooms in it (that came from a can) were awful tasting. And really, they charge extra for a slice of generic cheese slices - not even Kraft - melted on top? Seriously? I asked her name, since she never introduced herself, and she told us Mary. A short while later, a different waitress came to our table to say she was our server and ask if we needed anything. We were surprised because at first we couldn't get any waitress, now we had two!! We let the second waitress know that "Mary" had taken our order and served our food. She eventually figured out that "Mary" was CiCi, and we figured out "Mary" was a lying little coward. The second waitress spoke to the 'manager' about the fact that my food and our entire experience was terrible and all he would let her do was to replace my meal with something else. Yeah, like I want to eat something the cooks spit in out of spite. Nope. We double checked the bill - which was, of course, wrong, and paid the check with some new lying little coward at the register and left. We never spoke with the 'manager' even though he had been at the register the entire time we were there, because as soon as we went up to pay, he noticed he had to do something. . . IDK pick his nose . . . in the back of the restaurant. The only reason we gave one star was 1) you can't leave none and 2) the eggs on the Home Run meal were cooked correctly. I have only been at this location twice and I believe I had the same thing both times so my review may be a bit premature or skewed based on that. I have visited on a weekday morning for breakfast and have visited again on a weekday late evening. Both visits the restaurant was clean and people seemed to be enjoying their meals. Wait staff is hit or miss, as you will run into at all places. This last evening I was there, the woman we had was very pleasant and friendly and her tip well reflected that. My wife's food was inedible We advised the restaurant of this fact and they did nothing except present us with a bill for the full price of the inedible food . I love checking out the local family-style diners! I went here with my mom one afternoon craving a salad and some soup. Their caesar salad was huge! My mom and I actually each ordered a soup (which come as a side with the meals) and ended up sharing the salad and taking home the wrap we ordered, as the portions were very large for the price. Everything was fresh and service was prompt. Definitely worth stopping in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Went there Saturday. I ordered a tomato and ham omelet and a side of fruit . On the second bite I felt the texture change of mushrooms. I broke out immediately in a allergic reaction . My waitresses notified Sam the owner or manager . He would not even come out to my table and told the waitress there were no mushrooms in there . There was a mushroom in plain sight when you opened the omlet up . All my waitress did was remove the omlet from the bill ! In hind sight I should have not even payed that . The first and last time I came to this place: I ordered a soup as my starter. It tasted like watered down jambalaya. There was no flavor to it whatsoever. It literally tasted like jambalaya doused with tap water. Because of this, I pushed my bowl of soup to the edge of table. I forgave that part and was awaiting my shrimp alfredo. When the dish came to me, it looked like something I would find in a frozen food isle. Little did I know that it would taste worse. The shrimp was RED. I tasted the noodles, sauce and shrimp and refused to eat it from there. The shrimp was obviously imitation (I never knew existed until I came here) and sauce tasted like jarred alfredo. When I told the waitress that I refused to eat it and pay for it, she called over the manager. The manager insisted that it was home made sauce made that morning and the shrimp was real. When I objected, she asked the waitress to grab her a fork from the table next to us so she could taste it. She took that fork, put it on my plate, spun it around to get some noodles on it, stabbed a shrimp and shoved it in her mouth in front of my face. What followed was, "Mmmm this is good. It is home made. I know." They offered to substitute with another dish, because (as she said) they put too much water in the sauce. I still refused to eat any more of their food, so the manager FINALLY offered to me that she will not charge me for MY plate (the way she said it made it seem like she was doing me a favor). When I received the bill, I was still charged for their watered down, tap water jambalaya that cost me about $2.00. As much as I didn't want to pay for it, I couldn't handle another argument with her about how 'yum' the food was. read more

Horrible customer service! While having lunch with my son I found hair in my Chicken Alfredo. I asked the waitress if she could please have my order RE made. She took the food and the hair on the napkin I put it on to show her. She returned a few minutes later with the same meal. She says it was RE made but it wasn't. The dish had pepper in it and Parmesan cheese mixed in, which I used when the order came out. It doesn't come with pepper and cheese comes in a cup with a lid. I spoke with the owner and he apologized and said they misunderstood and thought I wanted it warmed up. I informed him that I requested it be RE made since there was hair in it. The owner said he'd take my meal off of the bill. The waitress offered us free dessert( which I didn't eat since I was so irritated from this experience). The waitress brought the bill out but only part of the meal was taken off the bill. They decided they're charging me for the soup,which comes with the meal and for a side of broccoli,which also was part of the chicken Alfredo. I just requested it to be on the side since it didn't seem to be a good combo mixed in the sauce. It took four attempts to get him to do the right thing and remove my entire meal price off of the bill. The owner wanted to charge me for the broccoli because I ate some of it. Yes.. I did. I was dining with my 11 year old who wanted to eat lunch with me. And the soup, since I ate the cup of soup,which comes with the meal that included a side of hair! The owner finally agreed to remove my meal from the bill after adding that there was no hair in the food. (The waitress took the napkin with hair and crumbled it) I'll never return to this establishment. The waitress didn't seem to care period. She just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. The cashier had the nerve to ask if I'd like to include a tip!! (After she knew what was going on). I do not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible service. read more

I stopped in for lunch on 2/10 at 1:10pm. Ordered cream of chix & rice soup, and a patty melt with fries (no onions, and well done). Soup was a bit cold, but flavor ok. The patty melt arrived with onions, and fries were yellow, not brown (you could taste that the oil hasn't been changed in a while). A young manager (Peter) approached me. He saw that I had pushed my plate to the side. I told him I would talk to the waitress, but he insisted in a very condescending tone that he could fix it. The waitress (had big lashes, forgot name) but she was fantastic. I heard her tell cooks no onions and she was so attentive. Mistakes happen I get it, but the manager was just short with me and his waitress, kind of like a child pouting and angry. He brought me back my food without onions (same sandwich) and the same fries that he had the chef just put back in fryer, so that it looked like they were fresh. LOL. They tasted like wet cardboard. I paid for the soup, didn't touch the rest of it, nor paid for it. But I gave a $10 tip to the waitress, for all the BS that poor girl has/had to go through with her boss. Peter, I found out, is the owner's son. Lesson here - not everyone is meant to be a manager of a restaurant, even if they are your son. read more

Waitress took order then never saw her again...on her phone, smoking outside, on her phone some more. I brought that to the Manager's attention and he asked me "what I wanted him to do," so here's a thought, "do your job and run the restaurant!! If my memory serves me correct it was a Tuesday and we all enter the place. First thing I notice is the DELICIOUS DESERTS encased in glass from OREO ICE CREAM CAKES to APPLE PIES. We get our seats and I order the DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER with a side of FRIES, THE SOUP SPECIAL and a slice of the OREO ICE CREAM CAKE. The soup was a CREAMY RICE CHICKEN dish that WON ME OVER. This is a usual stop whenever I take my aunt out to get our nails done. It's your usual Greek restaurant....they turn tables fast. I only eat breakfast food here so I can't review the full menu. Most of the time the food is really good, (they have really good hashbrowns) but for some reason, todays food was on the cool-ish side. The whole grain toast was almost inedible it was so cold and tough, the bacon was cool along with eggs. It was pretty busy at the time we went so it was probably sitting for a few minutes too long before the waitress got to it. They are always fast on refilling your coffee and have a dessert/bakery station that looks absolutely delicious. I almost did a to-go eclaire but thought better as I'm in a wedding later this month and should really cut back. Despite the upcoming wedding and cool-ish food...I did manage to eat all of my bacon! read more
