After recently fasting overnight for bloodwork at my doctor, I was feeling pretty peckish by mid-afternoon. This joint certainly solved my hunger issue. I ordered the whole-sized meatball sandwich. The meatballs were a delicious combo of pork and beef. The bread was soft and fresh. The meat sauce was well seasoned and tasty. By the time I finished, I was getting into food coma territory. I definitely recommend this place, and especially enjoyed the customer service from the owner and staff. This personalized experience reminds we of the family Italian joints of Milwaukee and other northern cities. I want to return to try their pastrami. It's so popular that they ran out on the day of my visit.

I joined the relatively long line of folks at the reception desk where I was told to just knock on the door of the restaurant. The receptionist called to the restaurant to tell them I was there.
