To me, this place is wonderful. BUT, it is not for everyone. You must know that you are signing up…read morefor an hour inside a sensory deprivation tank, and that means a couple of things: You shower before you enter using the specialized soap - to better keep the tanks free from oils, etc. The water you float in is perfectly warm - about body temp - so better help with the "sensory deprivation." You don't focus on being too warm, too cold, etc. You just ARE. You can float in silence or listen to soothing music. Apparently, you can bring your own, which might be better than listening to what they provde (as it gets repetitive). You will probably kink your neck and get salt water in your eyes the first time. You will be amazed at how bouyant you are and how strangely the time passes while you are in the pod. It feels like forever and no time at all. Be careful getting in and out! You don't have to be naked, but you probably should be. You don't have to close the pod door, but you probably should. It is not for everyone, mind you. You must be comfortable getting into a fairly tight space and floating in water for an hour. But if you have ever been curious about alternative therapies, meditation, or stress relief, please give Think Tank Flotation a try.

I booked an appointment for the "Sweet Dreams Salt therapy". I was guided to a room with about 8…read morepoole side recliners The lady handed me a blanket and told me to just relax and play on my phone or take a nap or whatever. The session lasted about 45 minutes. During the entire time I only heard and felt the salt come out twice. It was literally like sitting in a room for no reason. afterward, she gave me a tour of the place and it just went downhill from there. She showed me the float tub that was filthy dirty had some cardboard board looking piece on top with a dirty bucket next to it.. Please do your research before you go to this place. I don't know who is writing her reviews, but she must have a very large spear of influence Dublin women, especially we don't settle for this kind of nonsense.

I found Sweet Dreams Salt Therapy when I was looking for a salt room after having some recent mold…read moreexposure. Sweet Dreams had a Groupon for 3 salt room sessions, that I bought up. At my first session, Alicia gave me a tour of the space with different health treatments they offer. There are some excellent package deals if you visit often. Alicia was great. She had several customers in for different treatments and was easily working with all of us. The salt room is a lovely little room with reclining outdoor chairs. There are yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and a few other items for comfort. Music plays softly and there is a warm glow from the salt wall. At my first treatment I didn't really notice any salt in the room compared to other salt therapies I have gone to. Alicia said they use a finer grain of salt. Skeptical at first, I went with it, but an hour later I really did notice a difference in my breathing and feeling lighter in my chest. My other two sessions went great. This is a cool little wellness shop. I am glad to have found the Groupon. Mold exposure is no fun but Sweet Dreams treatments helped me heal faster!

Everything about this place is amazing. I have plenty of experience with saunas (IR and…read moretraditional) in other cities but have been looking for a good place in Cinci to pop into for a good heat session. Online booking makes finding an available time even easier. When you check in, the place is absolutely spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful. I can only review the IR sauna so far so here goes: The saunas are private and spacious enough to lie down or sit up. You can control the heat and/or timer which is also very nice. There is chromotherapy (light therapy) inside the sauna and you can set it to whatever color you choose. Inside the room is a robe, socks, towels and bottles of water to keep you hydrated. There's not much more you can ask for. Tips: -You will be hot and sweating when you finish so dress appropriately and take the time you need when you finish - If you want something other than water, bring it. - Maybe bring a stick of deodorant to get you by until you can shower at home. - Book early, there is only 1 IR sauna and it seems to book up

The next day I didn't have heavy legs during my run and minimal muscle soreness after weights. The best part about it all is how welcoming and friendly the staff is. They answer all of my questions with a smile and never make me feel like I'm asking something stupid. They were extremely patient and overall kind. The owner wants the community to feel their best and it shows. I can't praise this place enough!
