We did not receive our bill until I believe late 2024 or 2025 when I called to complain about it I was told well it's Covid. What does that have to do with you getting a out I continue to receive bills with the same dates of service on them. I believe they were for around $75 each. I paid at least six of these until I finally called Novacare and said I'm not paying anymore. The woman I spoke to said you should not get another lo and behold I get a bill for $357.64 which is basically the total amount I had already paid them $75 at a time. My husbands account was referred to Montgomery Lynch for collections. My husband is disabled so having a collection agency calling was very distressful. I called Montgomery Lynch, and explained to them that I had already made all these payments. Unfortunately, I kept some of my documentation of those and the was kind enough to take the confirmation numbers and contact Novacare who told them they had no record of the is insanity. How do I have a confirmation number and you don't have a record of the I will never use Novacare again. I don't care if I have to travel to Dayton or Kentucky beware because their billing practices are predatory and then you will be extorted by them employing a collection agency to collect money you've already paid.

I fractured my tibial plateau in January while skiing in California. Spent six weeks with no weight allowed on my right leg, thus my muscles atrophied a fair bit. For the last two weeks I've been seeing Melissa at CPT and she has been fantastic. I'm walking with no limp at most times, and only a slightly noticeable one when my leg & knee get a bit tied; usually after physical therapy, but that is good, means I'm working the muscle and building it back up. Anyway, I've been impressed with what I've received and seen going on with other patients. If Melissa is any indication of any of the other PT's, then you'll be in good hands here. Hopefully, you'll never need their services, but if you do, this is a great option for your recovery!

People just love him, and he has developed a wonderful staff to compliment him, who also now work for NovaCare. His personality also attracts many, many people and I would highly recommend anyone who needs a Physical Therapist (PT) to consider using this Kenwood establishment. I recommended a friend who now uses Andy and NovaCare. He has been in the hospital way too many times and was in pretty bad shape. Last week he told me he played golf for the first time in ages. Regarding myself, I have arthritis throughout my entire body. I stopped driving because my neck was so bad. Andy has spent lots of time on my neck and today I can move it with no problem. I was so nervous, because I had heard how challenging Pilates is, but the instructor was so SO good at explaining the movements, that I totally got the hang of it. I now know why so many athletes add Pilates into their workouts, it's tough, and so good for your body to stretch like that.
