I have never actually had a hydration service. The Hydration station recently added an esthetician who offers two facials, and her name is Madison. I've followed Maddi around to now this location. I really like her and the way she does my facials. She's super good and takes great care of my skin. This was my first time visiting Maddi at this location. This visit I got the Dermaplane facial. All of their facials are 45 minutes. Maddi does the facials in a cute, little, spacious room in a chair that folds all the way back. My facial was amazing and I can always see a difference working with Maddi. I try to go once a month, but lately it's been once every other month. By the time I go get a facial my skin really needs it. Overall, I'm excited to see how this location's esthetics program grows. Certainly go and give Maddi a visit.

My mom and I made an appointment for two of their hydration options. My mom noticed a noticeable improvement in how she felt. I was recovering from significant health issues and I feel this helped to accelerate my healing. We were there about an hour and were invited to be comfortable in a lounge chair with a blanket and enjoy a little quiet time. I have scheduled a cosmetic option for the new year. They offer membership options for the Hydration and then another option for cosmetics. They're working on one that combines the two.

I went here the first time for physical therapy for plantar fasciitis. I saw both physical…read moretherapists. Both are fantastic. Just an absolute joy. Charming, funny, thoughtful. I realize they have a lot of patients and I can't be the apple of their eyes but they do a great job of making you feel like they care and are concerned about how you are doing and what you need. Good conversation is a bonus. I've been to several PT places and some just tell you what to do then go flirt with the other physical therapists or something equally goofy. When I had another problem arise, I immediately wanted to go back to them, but couldn't find their number! This location has little to no online presence. I knew they existed, but couldn't figure out who to call. In a spot of good fortune, I called a number listed for lab work or something similar at the same address and ended up in the right place. Hurray! I like that they tell me what's what about what's wrong with me. Doctors say, "here's the problem!" But I think what really makes it understandable is physical therapist to saying, "that's the problem, but here's where things went wrong." They're good at explaining where things went wrong. I hope I don't have more injuries and things wrong with me, but if I do, I'll keep going back.

That moment pretty much sums up who he is as a trainer--someone who believes in you even before you believe in yourself. Because of Logan, I was able to take on some of the most physically demanding experiences of my life during my recent vacation--and truly enjoy them. Kayaking in the Adriatic Sea was absolutely magnificent, but the return trip against the current was tough. Then came canyoning in Bar, Montenegro--an experience that the waiver I signed literally required participants to be in "excellent physical condition." I'll admit, I seriously doubted myself and even texted the signed form to my attorney in case I died. I considered backing out. But I didn't want to let my niece down--or myself. It was intense from the start: hiking uphill in the heat wearing a full wetsuit, helmet, and harness, followed by rappelling down rock faces and climbing back up others. It challenged every part of me. But here's the thing--I kept up. There were only 7 of us, the group was in their 20s and 30s. (I'm twice their age!) And I finished exhausted, but I finished! Even better? The next two days, my niece said her legs felt like jello... and mine didn't! That experience left me feeling incredibly strong, capable, and empowered. And I owe that to Logan. His guidance, encouragement, and belief in me made it possible for me to create unforgettable memories with my niece--memories I might have missed if I hadn't taken that first step into the gym.
