I have been receiving treatments from Dr. Cornell on an as needed basis for about 2 years. She is consistent, reliable, knowledgeable and very good at Dry Needle; to boot she is always helping to find ways to work with you through physical therapy, posture, exercises and so on, so that you can live the daily better, with less pain/pain-free and more healthy. I came into beyond exercise with the intention of just using their anti gravity treadmill to get into running, but ended up working with Ellen, one of the PTs. It was a great decision -- she listened to me and what my goals were (Olympic lifting, triathlons, rock climbing, hiking) and tailored exercises to make sure I could get back into everything I wanted to do! We did not receive our bill until I believe late 2024 or 2025 when I called to complain about it I was told well it's Covid. What does that have to do with you getting a out I continue to receive bills with the same dates of service on them. I believe they were for around $75 each. I paid at least six of these until I finally called Novacare and said I'm not paying anymore. The woman I spoke to said you should not get another lo and behold I get a bill for $357.64 which is basically the total amount I had already paid them $75 at a time. My husbands account was referred to Montgomery Lynch for collections. My husband is disabled so having a collection agency calling was very distressful. I called Montgomery Lynch, and explained to them that I had already made all these payments. Unfortunately, I kept some of my documentation of those and the was kind enough to take the confirmation numbers and contact Novacare who told them they had no record of the is insanity. How do I have a confirmation number and you don't have a record of the I will never use Novacare again. I don't care if I have to travel to Dayton or Kentucky beware because their billing practices are predatory and then you will be extorted by them employing a collection agency to collect money you've already paid.
