We got here 20 minutes early per request and didn't get called back to the room for X-rays until 30 minutes AFTER the apt time. We then sat in the room for another 45 minutes without anyone coming back to read the X-rays. What should have been a 20 minute visit turned into almost a 2 hour visit. Will not be returning.
