After spending 5 months recovering from a stress fracture and never fully being pain-free, I…read moredecided it was time to try a new doctor. I couldn't be happier with that decision. My previous doctor would spend no more than 5 minutes with me in the room and was telling me the only way to become truly pain-free was to get custom orthodics that would cost $300 and would need to be replaced each year. Enter Dr. Osborne... I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Osborne the same day I called, and he spent over an hour with my at my first appointment, explaining why I was having the pain and what he was going to do to fix me. And while he also recommended orthodics, his last at least 5 years. I'm currently marathon training, so the sooner I could be pain-free the better. Dr. Osborne put in some temporary padding to get me through the 3 weeks prior to the arrival of my orthodics and I couldn't be happier! If you are having any foot problems whatsoever, especially if you are a runner, see Dr. Osborne... you won't be disappointed!

I assume this is in-line with industry standards. After insurance paid their share I was sent a bill for $39.46 in June. After tracking down the insurance payment, I paid the bill in August. In September a debt collector started harassing me for a $15 late fee. The debt collection never asked for me to pay the bill (because it was already paid). I called customer service and they refused to waive the fee and call off the debt collection agency. I pay numerous medical bills and have never incurred worse customer service.

After the nightmare I went through, this place was a breath of fresh air. Told her I was pretty sure it was Plantar Fasciitis. She had X-rays done and told me the cause was actually severe arthritis and wanted me to see a specialist to figure out what to do. She referred me to Dr. Greenberg. Do t be put off by the way the building interior looks. Apparently there was a huge leak and a lot of work needs done. I was able to fill out all the necessary paperwork prior to my arrival so checking in was quick and easy. Dr Greenberg was fantastic. He examined my feet, explaining everything as he did it, read over my X-rays and determined that i have plantar fasciitis with tendinitis. He explained that I can get inserts for my shoes and practice stretching exercises until it heals. He said that he doesn't like yo just jump to meds or injections because that doesn't heal the problem. I absolutely appreciate when someone doesn't try to scam extra money out of people.

There are toys for the kids, magazines for the adults. Dr. Herbst introduced himself as Jamey and was friendly, approachable, and thorough. He has a great bedside manner and explains things very clearly. The examination room is very high tech! I was amazed at the radiographic device that Dr. Herbst used to examine my foot and, even better, relieved that I wasn't having any major issue. I was fitted for orthodics and I can't wait to fix my gait and walk again without pain.
