Kelly McCabe was the sales rep whom when I entered the Good Feet Store in CVG. I appreciated the knowledge on the topic of arch supports. When I left the store I did not feel pressured at all to buy the supports from the store. Three months later I called Kelly back to discuss a purchase. Great salesperson however these did not help me. I went in to see a sports med/orthopedic MD after wearing these and she said she wished I would have come to see her before I bought these. MD said I could have fixed my issue for a device that is around $60. These are making my arthritis flare up and not improving my back pain. MD said too high of an arch. The advertising is good it got me there and I bought. Think twice before you go in. read more

Not sure what to think. Started off good the first week. Then with prolonged use the altimeter units gave me very bad pain and cramping. Scheduled to go back to store to straighten out issue. It's a 60 mile drive to store Working with store to resolve issues. We'll see what happens read more

Don't do it, don't do it. This is the last place you should go if you have back issues or anything related. They will sell you expensive insoles that do not work and may cause your issue to worsen. Here I am out $2444 for insoles for my daughter and myself that upon viewing with a licensed medical professionals, aren't fitted to my arch thus the reason for the continued and worsened condition. That's not small change and if they back their product so much, why the non-refundable clause - BECAUSE YOU KNOW YOUR PRODUCT IS FLAWED. These aren't licensed professionals. They are salespeople who do no more than take an image of your foot, go to the back of the store and come out with a product. Avoid them please!! I can't stress that enough. read more

Ok so here is the thing, these suckers cost a ton of money (over $1000) and these sales people are just that, all about moving the product. They all say the exact same thing and some do not even have a great rapport, but if you get them to tell you the regime these inserts could save you. Do not expect these gentlemen to go the extra mile, but again follow the sheet they give you and you will be just fine!! I have bad feet, plain and simple. Plantar fasciitis in both feet, along with neuromas, and I've torn my plantar pads. I couldn't walk across the kitchen without being in pain. These things have changed my life! I do not go anywhere without them, they make it possible to get out and enjoy myself again. I just recently started to feel pain again, went back, the refitted me and just like that pain free. This does worry me a bit though I'm not gonna lie, because what happens if I make it to the most aggressive ones and they too stop working?? Stay tuned and I'll let you know!! The three stars is because of the cattle treatment you receive when you walk in the door. The Good Feet store sells you what they have in stock. Go to a real orthopedic place. I was pushed into buying things I didn't want and it turned out they were worthless. I was very upset as I knew that what they doing was wrong AND IT WAS! They got me good. read more

I thought when they first told me the price OMG. I did it anyways! I was at a point where I knew I'd have to quit working. Well I've replaced them twice now and so worth it. No more pain walking or leg aches at night. Love them and highly recommend them! read more

Terrible Terrible !!! Please don't waste your money buyers beware, I had to seek medical attention after wearing insoles after 1 hour, after calling and complaining I was able to get my 90% refund although I felt i should have received 100 % refund. Mitch was excellent, he really catered to my needs. I've always had pain in my arches, which caused back pain, and he's solved my problems! I highly suggest going into this location or any of the others for that matter if you have any issues with arch support. read more

Bought a pair of Apex shoes in late November2017. wore them about 20 hours a week. in February I noticed that the bottom tread was starting to peel back on both shoes. On April 6th I took off work early to take them to the good feet store and get them replaced. I met with Zackery Skeen the person that sold them to me Nov. he informed me that he would have to get an authorization from Apex shoe for the return. or he had a pair that he would sell me at a discount. so I had him call Apex to start the process of the return. after about 15 minutes he cam out a said that he left a voice mail on there system. now nineteen days latter and four calls back to the store, they still don't have my replacement shoes. have got different stories from sales reps. each time I call. such a terrible retail experience. read more

Ok... so check this out. Call ahead and they tell you there is no appointment necessary. Well, come in and expect to wait regardless on a weekend. Next, shockingly, they con you into buying every type of insert that they have on top of taking out the factory insoles of the shoes you buy if you buy any. This causes you to pay more for their insoles which are $30.00 on top of the arch supports which can range from $200.00 - $900.00. They will insist you buy they entire "system" as well. So beware, it's rather pricey and the shoes can be almost $200.00 a pair. So keep all this in mind before going and wasting so much time out of your day especially when it's the weekend. If you go, make sure you get a receipt for your insurance to see if you can get them to reimburse you. They also don't accept any returns as they sell they're products as medical devices; or so it seems they do. I never write a review but I felt like I should this time... My husband needed insoles for his feet so we went to the one in kenwood and over all, we were tended to right away, got help and we were not there long but one of the workers had their dog roaming around the store and it's very rude and unprofessional. I have bad allergies to dogs and do not appreciate their dog coming up to sniff me. I would expect this at somebody's personal house but not in a public store! We were not there long but I felt I should speak up because I know I'm not the only customer with allergies. Great service otherwise and expensive insoles but so far my husband's feet are getting better so I would recommend this store but still think something should be done about the dog situation. It's just not fair to any customers with allergies. read more

These inserts are terribly overpriced. The salesmen are salesmen. I made the mistake of going to The Good Feet Store BEFORE a doctor or podiatrist. Since then, I've been to 2 different podiatrists, my family doctor, and am heading to a rheumatologist next. My feet are getting better but NOT because of these overpriced Dr. Scholls. I am a sucker for falling for the sales pitch these yayhoos gave me- don't you... See a real professional 1st, these guys act like they know what they're talking about but in the end, they're simply salesmen pushing an over priced orthotic. read more

I paid $700 for these inserts. The shoe inserts did fix the plantar fasciitis BUT it caused me to strain a muscle in my inner thigh. This then created constant problems with lower back, hip, and thigh pain. I'd rather have the plantar fasciitis. Be warned that these inserts drastically change your walking gait and can lead to even worse problems. I've now been harassed by what I assume must be an employee about this poor review. His rational is I don't live In Cincinnati. I bought these in June 2015 when I did live in Cincinnati. I happened to move in 0ctober 2015 which is why my profile has a different city. I recently visited the Good Feet Store on Hosbrook. My orthopedist recommended that I start using arch supports to resolve some foot pain issues. I have heard the radio ads and testimonials and am willing to pay some extra money if needed to avoid pain so wanted to try "the best". Very quickly, I began to wonder if this store would provide the solution. I made an appointment online (but apparently this action is discouraged). I stood in the store for an awkward number of minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. The person helping me asked what "brought me in" but it soon became obvious that it did not matter what foot issues I was experiencing because all he wanted was to get an ink impression of my foot so that he could correctly size the inserts. I asked if they had different inserts to correct different issues and he explained that all foot (as well as many knee, hip, and back) issues would be solved by using the same inserts, they just needed to be correctly sized. He also told me that initially I might experience additional pain or pain in new places (currently I only have pain in one foot) but it was all part of the process. I then learned that the cost of this insert system is about $700! The insert system has three sets of molded plastic (not customized for me, just selected from existing sizes) and one set of foam pads. The products are non- returnable, even if not worn)The sales guy seemed annoyed when I asked questions and responded by using quasi-medical speak. Yes, I understand what "lactic acid" is, and have never heard it being a 1-6 week issue (the variation in time he mentioned before I could expect to feel relief). He also indicated that I needed to really wear gym shoes all the time (not practical in my job) but also indicated that "shoes really have no effect on foot pain" - what?? Luckily I decided to leave and do some research. There was a big push to buy that night but I said I would come back after I thought about it. It feels like a scam! Reading reviews from customers and medical professionals has led me to believe that many, many people do not find relief from this one-shape-fits-all system. I went and bought a few pairs of SAS shoes and some good arch supports and am still ahead money wise. read more

The store clerk would not even show us any shoes. We explained we needed some good support shoes or insoles and he suggested we go to Dillards or Macys and buy some shoes. I dont know if he thought because we were black or he thought we couldnt afford what he had to offer.
