They charge biweekly and you are NEVER ALLOWED TO CANCEL under any circumstances. I haven't been inside the gym since January. It's now December. I tried to cancel many many times and they wouldn't let me even though I do not live in the country anymore as I've told them over and over again. They continue to harass you every day for months on end. I finally blocked them because I haven't used their facilities in almost a year and they continued to charge me for 6 additional months. FREE MONEY FOR THEM! They had the nerve to give it to collections. That's fine! I'll see you in court!

He helps people modify as needed, and no matter the skill level, no one is left behind or stands out - it's true group fitness in that it feels like everyone's in it together, though there is also personal training available as well! It's motivating but not cheesy or gimmicky - something else I really appreciate as an alternative to the big name group fitness gyms. A very friendly atmosphere but no nonsense as well - it's a true challenge every time but somehow we finish. I feel great every time I leave, and I have definitely gotten stronger since I started.
