Online booking makes finding an available time even easier. When you check in, the place is absolutely spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful. I can only review the IR sauna so far so here goes: The saunas are private and spacious enough to lie down or sit up. You can control the heat and/or timer which is also very nice. There is chromotherapy (light therapy) inside the sauna and you can set it to whatever color you choose. Inside the room is a robe, socks, towels and bottles of water to keep you hydrated. There's not much more you can ask for. Tips: -You will be hot and sweating when you finish so dress appropriately and take the time you need when you finish - If you want something other than water, bring it. - Maybe bring a stick of deodorant to get you by until you can shower at home. - Book early, there is only 1 IR sauna and it seems to book up

She gave us a quick tour of the facility and showed us how to use the sauna controls. You can adjust the temperature and color of the top and backlighting. Every room also includes a television you can use to stream music or shows while you're in the sauna. Each session is 40 minutes and includes a large body towel, small washcloth, floor towel, and our favorite, the cool eucalyptus towel for the end of the session. It was a clean and relaxing environment. It was a fun and new experience and I believe we will be back. The only slight downside is that after the promotion, a single session is $40 and the cheapest membership starts at $80/month for 4 sessions a month.
