I can only review the IR sauna so far so here goes: The saunas are private and spacious enough to lie down or sit up. You can control the heat and/or timer which is also very nice. There is chromotherapy (light therapy) inside the sauna and you can set it to whatever color you choose. Inside the room is a robe, socks, towels and bottles of water to keep you hydrated. There's not much more you can ask for. Tips: -You will be hot and sweating when you finish so dress appropriately and take the time you need when you finish - If you want something other than water, bring it. - Maybe bring a stick of deodorant to get you by until you can shower at home. - Book early, there is only 1 IR sauna and it seems to book up
