However the Montgomery location falls short of my expectations. Every time I'm in there I asked for non advanced and am given the same room regardless well today they said the advanced was the only one available and it was that same room, I feel like I'm always being played here... I don't mind the advanced cold plunge but I'd sure prefer the other one. Also my first experience was great here with staff and every other since I feel as if I'm a bother to them. I don't typically make an appointment but I don't mind waiting because it's hard for me to guess my off work time so I'd hate to make one and not be able to honor my commitment. I definitely understand it's busy mornings here but friendly goes a long way. I do appreciate the efforts to accommodate but I guess I'll start making appointments to see if something changes. Are we charged for appointments if we can't make them?

She gave us a quick tour of the facility and showed us how to use the sauna controls. You can adjust the temperature and color of the top and backlighting. Every room also includes a television you can use to stream music or shows while you're in the sauna. Each session is 40 minutes and includes a large body towel, small washcloth, floor towel, and our favorite, the cool eucalyptus towel for the end of the session. It was a clean and relaxing environment. It was a fun and new experience and I believe we will be back. The only slight downside is that after the promotion, a single session is $40 and the cheapest membership starts at $80/month for 4 sessions a month. After saving some money, we would like to come back!

Online booking makes finding an available time even easier. When you check in, the place is absolutely spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful. I can only review the IR sauna so far so here goes: The saunas are private and spacious enough to lie down or sit up. You can control the heat and/or timer which is also very nice. There is chromotherapy (light therapy) inside the sauna and you can set it to whatever color you choose. Inside the room is a robe, socks, towels and bottles of water to keep you hydrated. There's not much more you can ask for. Tips: -You will be hot and sweating when you finish so dress appropriately and take the time you need when you finish - If you want something other than water, bring it. - Maybe bring a stick of deodorant to get you by until you can shower at home. - Book early, there is only 1 IR sauna and it seems to book up

Cancelled by phone and email later that same day (45-hours in advance of the scheduled appointment) and they kept my $50.00 deposit. This policy does not display on their website and although I explicitly asked about the cancellation policy in advance, this information was omitted. Contested the charge with my bank and will file with the Better Business Bureau as well as Omelschenko's licensing board. Again, do not trust this dental practice. They are only in it for the money and lie when asked about their cancellation policy. Essentially, you are charged a non-refundable $50.00 deposit for any appointment that you make and it is not refunded even if you cancel more than 24-hours in advance. Again, this policy does not display on their website, nor will they tell you about it when you ask them about their cancellation policy in advance. In my opinion, this behavior amounts to theft and anyone who operates like this should not be in business.

For me to give any dentist a good rating takes a lot of 'maturity'. Somehow, over the years, I've…read moredeveloped an aversion to anyone who wants to jab, stick, poke, prod, and drill into my mouth. Call me crazy, as I know dental health is important and necessary, but I also know I'm not alone. I had one other dentist here in the Cincinnati area, who 'misdiagnosed' two significant conditions (gum disease and cavities). Dr. O shared with me that these conditions were not present and said something to the effect of dentistry being 'subjective'. I'm not sure I know what that means as there is science and medicine to guide ones practice, but it doesn't matter (just builds my skepticism a little stronger). I got confirmation that my suspicious of this office was on point, and that my teeth weren't actively rotting despite my good hygiene. While my previous office was fancy and they used all kinds of new age tools, Dr. Omeltschenko's office, by comparison is more modest. It's clean and nice (though the chairs are old and tearing- one thing that I regularly notice). It's located on Colerain Avenue and you might pass by without noticing, but what goes on inside seems more honest and true to the task at hand, so I don't stress too much about appearances. The staff is very nice, friendly, and despite my attempts to not have dental work done, been really great to deal with. I've had to have a few routine and non-routine procedures. I always try to be grateful, but even when I'm honest in my ambivalence about the profession, no one takes that personal or tries to change my mind. This is a good fit for me. Dr. O's office is no-nonsense, few frills, and a solid dental office overall. I found them through fliers in the mail to 'my area' (though they are about 20 minutes away). I'm happy to have found them and I can only hope my continued patronage keeps me from needing them more than once or twice a year for a cleaning.
