I love seeing a DPT because she helps me learn how to continue to care for my body with movement after I leave her. And to be honest, I've never felt better. I heal faster when I put in the work she gives me. Everyone here is so nice and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a quick fix, this is not the place for you. They are giving you the tools to continue to put in the same hard work they give you during your appointment (as it should be). I never have a problem finding an appointment (I use the MINDBODY app) or street parking right in front of their office!

Dr. Erik Nabi and Form+Function Movement Lab is not your ordinary Chiropractic center. Dr. Erik is…read morefocused on finding solutions for you to to form and function at your very best. I visited Dr. Erik after hearing about the lab after taking a few of his Restore + Recover classes at a nearby fitness studio. After several unexpected surgeries over the past few years, I'm truly a klutz and was looking for some guidance and refinement as I'm back into a regular fitness routine. You book your first appointment through Mindbody, I was able to find a Saturday morning appointment due to my work schedule. When I came for my visit Dr. Erik was very friendly, I completed new patient forms, health history and medicines. Then Erik took the time to listen to me for my concerns. He had me walk, squat, lunge to observe my function and then provided guidance on making some corrections, as several of the surgeries were in abdominal area resulting in that area being weak, so first priority is strengthening the area through breathing exercises, simple back and abdominal work - little moves, but you sure felt it. Then you moved to the studio area where he observed more moves and gave you corrective movements. Also my left knee has popped since I played soccer since I was a kid, he gave me a simple solution to help stop the popping since then just one subtle move has made quite a difference. After the visit he sent me links to videos to help me continue with my form & function. I was also able to schedule a future visit right there with Dr. Erik. Wow a few weeks after my visit, I can see the difference and looking forward to working with him to continue to improve my overall health and fitness.

However, this program offers competitive pricing for medical weight loss and incentives that make participation cheaper, as long as you're getting results. The staff and doctor are polite and the doctor provides individualized paperwork related to weight loss. I took a star away because my visit felt rushed. I went on a Saturday though and they had several people waiting, that might've been why. The doctor here was the first to suggest 2 doses over the course of a day, instead of just one, which I think has helped me to curb hunger and eliminate certain side effects like anxiety and skin tingling. If you're looking for a medical weight loss program, I recommend this one.

I found that this place was down the street from my gym so I figured I'd try them out after looking at some reviews. The new patient profess is very quick and efficient. They meet with you to discuss a recovery plan and they show you your x-rays to demonstrate deterioration. They take most insurance plans and discuss what you would pay for the treatment. They also give the option to pay over a period of time to split up the costs. Every single member of the staff that I met was very nice and personable. Everyone always seems very happy and it makes for a better experience. I always looked forward to going to my appointments because of this. Another thing I liked was that different chiropractors work on you so your wait is never long. Although my pain only lessened slightly, my overall health was much better. I was happier, slept better, and tension in my body was gone. I intend on continuing my treatment here.

Also, in the past the minute I walked through the door the doctor wanted to adjust me without much conversation about my health and concerns. Eastern Hills Chiropractic did not give me that vibe at all. In fact, quite the opposite. My initial consultation was extremely thorough. The staff mapped my spine, took vitals, and listened to the reasons I was there. When Dr Matt came in he too listened to my concerns and explained what he proposed in a language I could understand. The adjustment was painless and effective. I highly recommend Easern Hills Chiropractic, for all Chiropractic needs
