Online booking makes finding an available time even easier. When you check in, the place is absolutely spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful. I can only review the IR sauna so far so here goes: The saunas are private and spacious enough to lie down or sit up. You can control the heat and/or timer which is also very nice. There is chromotherapy (light therapy) inside the sauna and you can set it to whatever color you choose. Inside the room is a robe, socks, towels and bottles of water to keep you hydrated. There's not much more you can ask for. Tips: -You will be hot and sweating when you finish so dress appropriately and take the time you need when you finish - If you want something other than water, bring it. - Maybe bring a stick of deodorant to get you by until you can shower at home. - Book early, there is only 1 IR sauna and it seems to book up

They are also great with keeping up on your progress (they have you fill out a chart each appointment). My first time coming in they did an evaluation and X-ray then second time we went over the X-rays so I fully understood what we would be doing. And then the Dr adjusted my neck and back focusing on my problem areas. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's having any sort of pain. They are also looking for a massage therapist!

The only thing I was a little frustrated about was the new patient discount on the website is only available to people without insurance. I didn't read that anywhere but coming from a patient with a high deductible plan who pays for everything out of pocket, it would e been nice to use that discount.
