One thing that I wish they would consider...the ambient temp in the exercise area is way too high. I have to bring my own portable fan to use on the treadmill. Well it kept happening over and over...five and six times a day. Everytime it would decline I was charged. I sent an email to the General Manager...Cody...and he never replied. This was very unprofessional. I am now forced to file a police report and go to court which will cost me more money upfront... I am not letting this go...it is no longer about the money, but about putting a business on notice, that I will not allow them to take money from me and get away with it. Communication is inconsistent, promises aren't followed through, and the burden is always on the customer to fix their mistakes. It feels like they make it as hard as possible to stop billing your account: which says a lot about how they value their members when they want to cancel. It's in the breakup that a gym's true character is shown, and this place failed the test. Trying to end my membership turned into a dragged‑out, confusing mess of "we'll take care of it" followed by more surprise charges. It shouldn't be this hard to leave a business you no longer want to be with.

I went in for my first class and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I've had problems fitting in at other gyms but not this one! That alone is enough to stay. The coaching here is A+. The owner takes the time to sit down with you when you first start to go over your strengths, weaknesses, and goals. Then they start thinking and suggesting ways for you to reach those goals and overcome those weaknesses. It's nice to know they truly care. The gym itself is super nice. Always very clean and very organized. They sanitize all the equipment and the gym after each and have really upped it due to COVID. Instead of a chalk bucket they've replaced it with individual bags of chalk for each person to use to Eliminate the possibility of passing germs. They also have boxes taped off so you know where to stand away from people during the work outs. They have excellent equipment and bonus features that make the monthly price worth it. They use ROMWOD, heart rate monitors, and have up to date and nice equipment. I would recommend this gym to anyone interested in CrossFit!

Update after going there for a few months. First review was after just a couple classes. Then the…read moretruth came out. They are definitely committing fraud with the No Show fees. They tried to charge me once for a class I was present for and I threw a fit and they refunded me. They subsequently tried it again another time, but I had started checking on the app after every class that they had checked me in, and I went to the desk and asked them to check me in as they hadn't after class. The lady looked at me as I told her my name, she pretended to check me in on the computer and I refreshed my app to make sure she did and she had not. I told her for the third time to check me in and she finally did. That is not a mistake. If I hadn't paid attention, they would have stolen a lot of money from me. After my experience, I informed my friends to make sure they check their accounts and between 3 other people that I went with, they charged 11 no show fees that they refused to refund when the girls were present for every class. That's $165 stolen just from people I know. I can only imagine how much they are making stealing from everyone who doesn't regularly check their accounts. If you don't check your bank account, they WILL (probably already have) steal from you. I have reported them to the FTC for the fraud. They are not certified to train anyone. Their certification consists of 7 hours. I am a certified yoga instructor and I spent 6 months of being in class for 24 hours every other weekend. I also have ti be CPR certified, which their staff is definitely not. My friend had a heat stroke there which landed her in the hospital and the staff did absolutely nothing to help her when she was passed out in the lobby. A fellow, good samaritan CLIENT took it upon herself to run and get her cold towels and offer to call 911 while the staff stood by and watched from afar and ignored the situation. Ultimately the kind woman called my friend's husband to get her and take her to the ER. My friends and I immediately cancelled our memberships. My $400 sunglasses were stolen from there. But other than that, it's great! I can't imagine this outfit lasts too long with their shady business model and incompetent "teachers."

I tried to have a conversation with the owner about this in the midst of physical rehabilitation for myself and the guy squared me over on my payments, and made sure despite a cancellation that he juiced me for that extra $100 dollars on the way out the door. It's a family thing, it seems. I sent the owner an e-mail venting frustration and he sent me a 3rd grade response pretending to not understand what happened. Looks like membership is declining.
