I was very impressed with the operations and standards that were being established. I ordered my cappuccino - middle of the road foam, leaning towards dry. The barista brought out our order and asked me if it was okay...too heavy, foam quality, etc. I was taken aback because I usually order and the delicious drink is shoved into my greedy hands and I scurry away like a fiend. Today...I was asked my opinion on this creation. The foam was exactly correct and they cappuccino came out flawlessly. I truly appreciated the professionalism of the staff and their dedication to creating perfection.

I tried the Brazilian and Chinook blend and they were both quite lovely. The service was a little on the slower side (compared to a Starbucks or Dutch Bros) because they had one man doing the job. But the foot traffic was not much and the coffee was worth the brief wait. This is definitely a place for "real" coffee drinkers, because their coffee taste like coffee. I was pleasantly surprised to see one in Kalama as my in laws live up the road. My experience at this one was really off. I ordered the 20 oz Mayan Mocha with almond milk and they wanted ~$8.5 for it. The sign said $6 for a 20oz. I asked how it came out to that. She said almond milk was .85 cents I was like okay then it should be like $7 with taxes. She said the signs are old and it was ringing up ~7.65 for a 20 oz then .85 for the almond milk. I asked how much was the 16 oz, she said ~$6.45 with taxes for the order then when I went to pay said it was like $7.25. I really don't get the extra charge for the milk alternative either. Milk and almond milk are comparable in price. It's about $4.5 a gallon. Starbucks started to charge one single price regardless of milk option/alternative. I left without coffee this day. I don't think I've ever done that. Warning to customers, watch and be cognizant of what they actually charge you per drink. Pricing is mysterious. I don't like being baited and switched in price.
