They got the ps5 done in a day, "i thought that's awesome". They told me that a number of things needed to be replaced. What they didn't know is that I had removed an ssd b4 taking it in. I did not check to see if the ps5 would boot up w/o it (that's my fault). The problem was always the ssd. Instead of telling me there wasn't an issue with the system they charged me $300. check around b4 trust them to do your repairs.

Doors said they open at 10 AM and their website says the same thing. It was 9:30 when I got there so I decided to wait. I waited til 11:15 before I decided to try to get home! Again, I am completely lost in this new area, and I had to drive around for an hour before I finally realized where I was and made it home. If they would have been open at their normal time this wouldn't have been an issue! Very disappointed this all happened and wasted almost 2 hours of my time not to get help.

He told me it would probably cost znother when 150.00. I reluctantly agreed, but the very next day I called back, explaining that my phone was not worth that much, I changed my mind. The technician got very rude with me, talking over me, he did say that he would mak it better, with a discount on something, but wasent clear on what that meant . I came in to pick up my phone and the charger I had left. Now he said the phone wasent repairable. He did not offer me anything like he said he would AND he tried to keep my charger...when I asked him for it he had to think a minute, then, he unplugged it from his computer and thre it onto the counter...so disrespectful if you ask me, using my property without my knowledge. I dont trust him now and will not go back. Plus the fact that he was running around like a chicken with its head off trying to answer phones, fix stuff,and greet people coming into the store. This sermed like a recipe for disaster.

Sad story. This was my second experience with them. First time they replaced the broken screen on…read moremy Motorola. It was not cheap but acceptable. And the service was very good. Then I brought them more difficult task Xiaomi phone with fingerprint sensor. They told me that there are 2 options - cheaper, but without the sensor, and more expensive, but it would work as original. I have picked up the later. When the phone was ready, I found out that the sensor was not working. And there it started. Instead of admitting the mistake, they started blaming me. The lady (later she appeared to be the owner's wife) came out to the front and told that the sensor needs to be initiated after screen replacement. I asked to help me with that, but then she told that there was a water damage exactly where the sensor sat. But the phone clearly showed that the sensor was not working. I did not shout, I only asked one question - why did you lie to me and why are you lying now. The exited lady when back, saying that she would put my old screen back. Then the owner appeared and insulted me with the statement that I am not welcome there any more; that I brought troubles to their establishment. After all instead of suggesting me to adjust the price of suggest me any other kind of satisfaction, they told me to pay in full or they would put my old screen back. I had to pay but this was the biggest frustration of the year for me. I always try to support local business and this was very my disappointing. To realize there attitude, you just need to read their responses to negative reviews. These ppl know nothing about responsibility, respect and customer service.

Getting the back glass replaced was $89 + tax and when I paid, she held down the receipt covering the tip line. Whether that was intentional or not, I appreciate that she didn't ask for a tip. She called when it was ready and it was right on time of what she estimated. The phone looks great and when I walked in, she was trying to polish the scuffs off (there was no hope). The replacement also comes with a 30 day warranty. Friendly customer service and quickly repaired the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to return, but hopefully I won't need to!

When he says, "15 mins." it is REALLY 15 minutes. My iPhone 8 had died & I had been without a phone for over 24 hours and was beyond panicked!
