We came for the crunchwrap special this weekend and it did NOT disappoint!! We love The Fix but never remember to leave a review. However, it is a favorite spot of ours & by far the best plant-based option in Reno! The staff is also always friendly and cranks out great food & great energy!

I will never stop frequenting the best and one of the only fully vegan restaurants in Reno. They often have weekend specials that are delectable but if you don't catch one of those, the Buffalo Chicken in any form always hits. This time I grabbed the Spice Bag and it was exactly what I dreamed of. Everyone that works there is super friendly. Great people, great food, in a fun little downtown spot.

I lovvvveeeee The Fix! Seriously, it is sooo good! I've been three times the past two weeks!! My go to is the BBC wrap. All the ingredients pair together so well for a fresh flavor explosion in your mouth! YUM! Plus 100% Vegan. The team is always friendly, and you can get your parking validated here. I cannot wait to go back!

The Fix is a go-to for me & my friends. Such good food, even if you're not vegan! I always get the BBC wrap and garlic fries and it never disappoints. My partner got this weekend's special, the Bavarian Chili Dog, and loved it! The staff is always super friendly and I love the food court style dining.

    Super hot hot sauce!

We came to The Fix during our moving road trip. This was our second choice because our first choice was closed, but the food was excellent and I would recommend it! The Fix is located in downtown Reno. There was a sign out front, and it shares a building with a few other businesses that also looked delicious. Its location had a funky, hip vibe, that I'd definitely bring friends to if I had friends in Reno. We got there close to closing so it was quiet, but they happily took our order. The menu was creative and had options for everyone without being overwhelming. The person at the register also helped us decide, which was kind of him! We ordered the Falaco Fries, the Chicken Shawarma, and a Firestarter sandwich (I think this was the name). This was too much food -- they serve generous portions and the food is filling. The Falaco Fries were some of the best fries we've ever had, and I've never had anything like this elsewhere! Would recommend. The chicken shawarma took our review from a 5 to a 4. We didn't think it was very flavorful compared to the other items. That said, it wasn't bad, and it was cool to have shawarma as a vegetarian. The Firestarter sandwich was delicious. It was spicy, cheesy, and meaty. Great vegan comfort food!!! Finally, they had this hot sauce (pictured) that was so spicy that we started coughing when we opened it. Cool stuff!

I had never been to Nevada and I'm moving out of Utah next week, so I decided to check out Reno. I was so excited to try this restaurant because I've heard great things about it for a long time, and it really lived up to the expectation. The trip was very expensive, but this burrito alone made the trip worth it. It was absolutely fantastic, and I love that they had hot sauce available as well.

The best vegan place in town. Cleanliness= 5 star Friendliness= 5 star Food quantity = 5 star Food quality= 5 star I went here for the first time last week and when I walked in the young man let me know that this place is 100% vegan. I said that was just what I was hoping for. The menu had so many yummy looking choices it was hard to decide so the man at the counter offered up a few suggestions. I decide on the falafel wrap and garlic fries. First bite and I was hooked. The portion size was generous, and it tasted wonderful. The garlic fries were so delicious with visible pieces of garlic which is what one would expect. I plan on going back till I try all the choices and really hope this place stays here in Reno forever.

Ambiance: 5/5 There's spacious indoor and outdoor dining. Clean and plenty of tables inside. Service: 5/5 The server was very nice! Food: 4/5 I just wanted to grab a quick lunch to go and got the falafel wrap. It was a decent size and fulfilled its duties haha. It wasn't dry and the veggies inside were fresh.

We ordered falafel salad and falafel fries it was okay .. everything vegan which was great but was big pricy for the amount of falafels they added in salad .

Sweet little spot, industrial decor and other food options nearby in downtown Reno.
    Stephanie B.

The falacos were amazing, and what a bargain! Two delicious tacos with rich falafel nuggets, cabbage, tomatoes and spicy sauce. My friend and I split the two tacos and a bottle of water and had lunch for less than twenty dollars including tip. My only possible problem was it was so messy to eat! I will definitely be back

3/23/24 So this was the first time here. 100% Vegan are you kidding! Was Delicious. I had the Firestarter Sandwich which has Steak , mushroom ,jalapeño, onion, pepperoncini, cheese, spicy aioli. Yummaaaa!!! Wow the flavors were great and I really wouldn't have know vegan . Prepared great and tender. Just a touch of salty but non the less I ate the whole thing . Got The Garlic Fries as well and there were great. I know a few others enjoyed their meals as well. No complaints here , and Taylor and crew were amazing. Definitely will come back to try more . Very filling for sure . Want to try more . Enjoy !!!!

The softest best chicken tacos ever. And totally vegan.
    Shannon G.

Their food is so yummy and 100% vegan. I've tried nearly their whole menu and I've never been let down. I got the falafel wrap today which is a very generous portion of food and so tasty. However, the one thing I keep coming back to is the chicken tacos. I can't quite figure it out but something about these super soft tacos with shredded lettuce, cheese, chicken, tomatoes and crema really takes me back to my childhood. Every time I eat the tacos I think this will be the time I figure out what they remind me of, but so far no luck. It's such a simple meal but it really resonates with me. The taco shells are always the softest fluffiest flour shells which really sets it apart. It's such a delight to have vegan food that is so good it reminds me of my non vegan childhood. Yum!!!

You can build a bowl, salad, wrap, or anything in between. I was so impressed with the selection of toppings and proteins! You can do chicken, gyro meat, or beef, and load it up with all kinds of Mediterranean treats. I ordered a salad with chicken. The portion size is huge! I added feta cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes (those come together), peppers, Kalamata olives, and red onion. Then they allow you to choose a few sauces, and I went with cilantro sauce and a Greek vinaigrette. I was shocked by how fresh-tasting everything was, how huge the portion size was, and how affordable it was. This place is a game-changer, and I wish there were locations all over. The vibe isn't much, but grab some awesome food and take it to go or eat in the Joe. I haven't been a student at UNR for 7 years, but I literally told my wife we should go to campus just to eat here! We got halfway through and I asked if they're out for the day or can I just wait for them to prepare the options and they said they're out for the day. How do you run out of so much at noon? By the end of my order I really didn't want it but felt like a jerk after they started making the food so just paid. I ended up with falafel, lettuce, pita and 2 veggie toppings. They offered fries as a substitute for the rice but the fries were just sitting on the counter looking cold and miserable. I passed.

I have loved watching it evolve over the years,…read moreespecially the restaurant, which started as a small offering and has now really come into its own. We had to feed a crowd at home recently and Middle Eastern cuisine suited everyone's fancy, so naturally Aladdin's was the call. Using the online ordering system was simple, and the food was ready right on time. My only feedback is that the items don't all clearly describe what you get or how the dish comes, and so I added sauces thinking they came on the side but really came on top, and paid upcharges for things like pita, thinking they didn't come with it but then finding out they did and I just added a lot of extra. I ordered a few shawarma plates, an Aladdin combo, and hummus, falafel, and babaganoush appetizers. Everything was delicious, but some items were a bit surprising. The hummus is was a bit on the loose side, and we actually thought it was tahini from the look, aroma, and flavor. My guess is the batch was made with a bit more tahini than normal. Still good, but surprising. The Aladdin's Combo didn't look as pictured on the website, where it looks like a very sizable portion of meat, with chicken in a reddish marinade. Though the chicken looked similar to shawarma, it was clearly different in flavor, and both it and the koobideh were delicious. I ordered extra meat and had expected it to be outrageously large based on the menu photo of the standard order, but what came was more similar to the photo itself. It was still plenty to share, but I paid additional and didn't seem like I got that much more. The regular portions here are large, like easily feed two people sized. We ordered one plate per person, but in reality could've split them all. Again, I love this spot and chalk this up to learning. I think some folks could get frustrated with this experience, and I def did to an extent, but I enjoy this too much to gripe.

We were not disappointed! Here are a few things to know: - In addition to selling Mediterranean groceries, you can order at the register and there are several small tables so you can sit and eat. - I ordered the Gyro Sandwich, and my wife ordered the Chicken Shawarma Sandwich. Both were really good, and quite large...I, of course, polished my entire sandwich off and my wife took half home for later. - We've bought Greek cheeses, olives, bulghur, and spices at Aladdin's, both this time and in the past. It's the only place to find some of the things I need, and the prices are better on some things than even Amazon. - Service was really great. The person working let me wait to pay until after I had finished my grocery shopping, and she brought our food out to our table pretty quickly. Bottom line: Aladdin's is a go-to place for us...next time, we'll probably go again at a time which would let us enjoy lunch at the same time.
