A previous contractor had installed LVP flooring in my mother's condominium so improperly that it created significant issues and posed a safety concern. I initially contacted Pete at 312 Flooring after finding the company online, simply hoping to get expert advice about the poor installation. Pete generously took the time to explain how the flooring should have been installed and what needed to be corrected. At that point, I was only seeking advice--not expecting to hire anyone. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to help impressed me so much that I called back to see whether 312 Flooring could repair the work the other contractor had left behind. They absolutely could--and did. The team handled a challenging project with exceptional skill and attention to detail. Their team assessed the situation, corrected the installation, and completed the job safely, properly, and with excellent craftsmanship. Communication was consistent and clear from start to finish. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, respectful of my older mom, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. The finished result reflects the high quality of their workmanship. I sincerely regret not choosing 312 Flooring initially, and I would recommend them without reservation.

The work that Paul (owner) and his team did was impeccable. They truly are the experts they claim to be. I interviewed four firms for this project. Paul was the first. The other contractors were quick to point out potential problems, but Paul was even quicker to point out solutions. Paul set the bar for the other contractors quite high. Paul's entire team was very professional and hard working. Any major remodeling project is stressful, but one thing I did not have to worry about were these great people. Always on time and worked hard. And a nicer group of people you couldn't ask for.

Most importantly, the customer service we received from Ed Burke and Steve Fitzer exceeded our expectations and was ongoing from the moment we walked into the store to the very end when they took back a box of unused material without issue. Ed came out and measured to help ensure that we ordered the right amount. Ed and Steve advised us on all of the materials that the tradesman would need for appropriate installation.
