They have a great selection of clothes and gear and their prices are fair. The store has a small footprint so things are tight and when it's busy it's a little crazy but they make it work. The staff is awesome, very helpful and always super nice! They also all know the area super well so don't hesitate to ask them about where to go or what to do. They carry all the major brands and some stuff I've not seen in the big stores. They should have any small items you might have forgotten before heading out for a hike or camping trip. The downtown area is pretty small so parking is limited but I usually end up finding something pretty close in front of the store. I definitely recommend stopping in if you're in the area and are an outdoorsy person.

I expressed my concerns and she blamed my parenting and "lack of correction" for her uncalled for reaction-I immediately corrected them by the way and apologized after she unleashed her Karen on them. They say that you can tell who a person is by the way they treat kids and animals and from the look of the reviews she treats both like trash. That says a lot of the type of person who runs this place. Do yourself a favor and go to ruidoso and shop at Happy Hiker. They are so kind and have a super positive vibe there. I'll never support this rude and stuck up shop ever again. Stay clear and beware if you have curious children and apparently dogs!!!

They carry everything from expensive gold and opal pieces to super affordable sterling silver, and they always have things I've never seen anywhere else. Very unique pieces! I can't tell you how many pieces of jewelry I own from RedWall Jewelry (at least 8 or 9). Everyone I've ever encountered who works here is extremely friendly, always willing to take whatever you're interested in out of the case, and always has information about the artist that created the piece. If you follow them on Instagram and see something you like, you can also call the store and they will ship it to you! I've done this several times! I recommend this jewelry store to every friend or acquaintance who is going to be in or near Cloudcroft!

Our neighbors at the cabin recommended this as the best dispensary in CC, so it's where we came, and are so glad we did. My mom's main issue is sleep. The bud-tender was super helpful with the products that they did have for sleep in edible form and was beyond friendly! This is a rather large store with plenty of potential to add more counters and inventory (again I'm used to SF standards of space and inventory). The store also offers literature, apparel, supplies, a pet section and gifts. For the actual bud, they do have smelling jars available for the strains that they sell in pre packaged pre-rolls and by weight. Keep in mind that there is a 20%tax without a medical license. The menu of products and strains was posted on a large screen and the bud-tender also gave pricing with each product he recommended. They take cash or debit only (as is standard for dispensaries no matter the state along with a valid ID to enter), and don't forget to tip your bud-tender. Definitely check them out if you're in the village.
