I paid in full and was waiting for my delivery, it did not arrive the day she had promised. For the following days I continuously called and left multiple voicemails, she NEVER answered or called me back. I had to go and call her other locations to finally have someone in another state call her. Finally after coming in contact with someone in another state, she again promised she would deliver the mattresses- but never spoke to me directly, she had the other person call me and tell me. Finally, the mattresses were delivered- but one of them was not the correct mattress. She gave me one less quality than what I had paid for. I have tried coming in contact with her as well as contacting the person in the other state who had helped me before but now the other person also stopped answering. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING, horrible experience.

Now this sleeping beauty was on the hunt for a reasonably priced firm mattress. Went to every store in little ol Alamogordo: most didnt have them in stock, or the prices went waaay up when they mentioned delivery. Not with Green Night's Sleep. I happened upon Green Night's Sleep here in Alamogordo when I saw the sign "Latex Foam Matresses". I could've ordered it online for about the same price, but I liked the idea of buying locally and if there's a problem, we have someone to go to instead of trying to deal with who knows over the phone/emails. This is a very small store, but with big service and very pleasant. My wife loves her new bed, so this turned out to be a win win event!

We visited ALL of the furniture stores here, with NFL leaving the biggest impression. They offered a large variety of furniture from living room, bedroom, and dining room sets. Not only did they offer a large variety of options, but the prices were i.n.c.r.e.d.i.b.l.e! We worked with Mark, who I believe, is the Manager. He was upfront, honest, and extremely helpful. What I TRULY enjoyed about working with Mark is he was not pushy. He wasn't following us around the store saying "look at this, check this out" and trying to make a sale. He was providing information, gave us insight, and let us roam. He was there when we needed him and gave us space to breathe and explore. He was very professional and extremely helpful. Loved working with him. Moving Process: So our furniture arrived with two very respectful young men, Dominic and Devon. They set up all the furniture quickly and correctly. The only problem, which wasn't their problem, was some of our furniture was already damaged inside the packaging. Dominic got on the phone with Mark, Mark said he'd take care of it. And guess what? It's being taken care of. The process was easy, smooth, and painless. I can't say it's an inconvenience because it is being handled. Mark is pulling through and the movers were extremely helpful. I'd recommend working with these guys. If I need anything else, this is automatically the first place I am going to go to in Alamogordo. The honesty, openness and ease of communication, purchasing process, the delivery - EVERYTHING - I loved it. Only part I didn't enjoy and felt bad for (since the delivery dudes have to do a lot of back and forth) was the damaged furniture, but again - that is being taken care of. Check this place out!

It took them over a month just to say hey I'm just going to give you your money back after begging them for a replacement they kept saying we're going to get a replacement and we never did so they gave us a refund. Then about the couch that's a laugh in itself they kept promising we're going to get a brand new couch because the couch that they sold to my daughter the mechanism in it was bad. after countless phone calls and messages and being lied to by them saying they're going to order a new couch for my daughter and and after bothering them because they never returned my messages or my daughters they finally said they got the couch they're going to deliver it when they got to my daughter's house they just fixed the mechanism when they said they did not even want to deal with them electric part of the couch my daughter never got her couch buyers beware please do research before purchasing from this so called company.

I want to add that we did get a rebate for both the washer and dryer at the time we bought them. Even with discounts at other places like Home Depot and Lowe's, the price was lower. The customer service was also outstanding. The man helping us was knowledge, seemed to offer an honest opinion about our options (not just directing us to the most expensive pair), and there was no pressure to buy. We actually went back twice before making a final decision and he helped us with our questions each time. Although I would still shop around for the best price when buying appliances or electronics, EZ TV & Appliance would always be an option.
