Michelle is patient and thoughtful in her approach to home furnishings. She listens carefully. She looked at pictures of our new home. She asked my wife the style she envisioned. From there, she went to work. She pulled out catalogs. She pulled up pictures. She grabbed us fabric choices. She went over padding and metal options for bar stools. She was patient while we tried every mattress set. We felt zero pressure to buy anything. We bought here because the prices are very fair and their experience shines above the rest. We won't be buying any further furniture pieces without first reaching out to Route 54. We have now had most of the furniture delivered. The delivery crew could not have been better. The guys were friendly, but stayed on task. They were clean, well spoken and precise with the handling of our furniture. These guys far exceeded any and all expectations we had. The shop has many cute souvenirs and home goods. I've noticed their fair prices, compared to other stores we have visited. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the lack of a welcoming attitude from the owner, I hate to judge someone's attitude on one visit (from this years trip) but this has happened before.
