When I walked in the atmosphere is chill and they have a decent selection of mods and other items. Mainly carry Smok products and I am not a fan of smok tanks. Prices are fantastic. Compared to Cali there is no comparison at all. California is waaaay more expensive. I saved a lot of money. Due to the great prices I came back the next day and bought a bunch of juice. If you have an issue, they will often bend over backwards to make it right, generally without you needing to ask. This is how all small businesses should run. Loyalty rewards are fair and carry a wide selection of vaping supplies and liquids, both premium and store brand. The only thing negative I can say about this store is that from time to time they are out of stock of coils. It happens more than I would like but they always seem to restock fairly quickly (within a week or less). There is a vape store right next to my house and a few other I pass on my daily commute. I always go out of my way to go back to this store where I'm treated as more than just another customer. (This business offers incentives to posting reviews, either good or bad. We just wanted them to switch out the coil or exchange the unit for another one. This caused a big problem and they had to call the owner and instead of him empowering his staff to fix the problem we had to wait for him to come. We were in a big hurry and they refused to refund the defective item or do anything. The owner finally showed up and he refused to change out the coil and had an attitude like we were wrong. This is over a $2.00 coil. We demanded our money back and begrudgingly returned it. Customer service was non existent and none of the staff showed any concern about the issue.
