I used to go to sleep at 2-3am but taking the knockout tincture makes me sleep like a rock from 11-7am and waking up refreshed instead of groggy, I haven't tried the brainiac one but my boyfriend said it really helps when he goes it work in those early mornings and he felt it wear off because he said he was actually able to stay awake in the morning. Walking into the store was such a vibe, everything on display, you can open the samples to smell the teas, it makes it so much easier to know what you want. OH and I thought it was so adorable how they have plants filtering water for their fish! It's such a good experience and I felt if I was going to give my money to a hardworking family business this is it. We were curious about the honey and the different tastes and I love how natural they are, the sugars the taste and feels real! And it's way better than any store bought honey I've got, we got to try samples of those and the worker he was so kind to give us generous amounts. The tiny town of Mesilla has a quaint downtown square with a few specialty shops and restaurants and, as a tea lover, I made a beeline for this place. The shop is stuffed with all sorts of loose teas, local products, honey, essential oils, and tea making accessories. Pretty much any of the locally made items would make outstanding souvenirs for any foodie. I make hot tea a lot, so I wanted to peruse all the loose leaf teas. My normal tea shop has a better and larger selection, but I really wanted to support this small business. I had a few questions about the teas for sale, and while the girls working the day I visited were very eager to help, they were sadly not well-versed in tea. Because of this, I ended up just purchasing a standard oolong because I didn't have a lot of confidence in their tea knowledge (just FYI; hopefully the owners will do a bit better training). I don't expect workers to be brew experts, but I would appreciate more thorough knowledge about specialty products. The prices are about what you'd expect for a touristy type tea shop, and when I got home, I made a pot of the oolong and it was tasty. If you love tea, check this place out if you're in the area. My order contained frozen, perishable items and was delivered to my apartment building's mailroom. The packaging did not indicate that the contents were perishable or needed to be kept frozen. By the time I became aware of the delivery and retrieved my package, everything was warm, the ice had melted, and I had to throw away the entire order. I reached out to customer service hoping for a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was repeatedly told that shipping and delivery emails had been sent and that there was nothing more they could do. When I raised concerns about the lack of labeling on the packaging, the response was essentially that labeling wouldn't make a difference. What disappointed me most wasn't just losing the products I paid for, but the lack of empathy, accountability, and willingness to problem-solve. I understand businesses have policies, but I also believe good customer service means recognizing when a situation could have been handled better and making an effort to retain customers. It's unfortunate because I truly liked their products and wanted to continue supporting this business. However, how a company treats its customers when something goes wrong says just as much about its values as the products it sells. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and considers how it can better support customers, particularly those living in apartment buildings where packages may not be delivered directly to their doors.

It's always nice to have the option of customization so high in places such as these that have such a long line of tradition as well staying unique compared to the large majority of clubs available to purchase from.
