Usually, large group seatings brings service glitches, food glitches, less than optimal food temperatures and less than optimal drinks service. Trattoria Bella Sera absolutely nailed our experience with professional perfection every single element of the experience. The food: Just stand out in all regards from the simplest pasta and red sauce (in my case, the cherished puttanesca which I make often at home) to the seafood and pasta white sauces, to the appetizers which we all shared (OMG, try the mushrooms in cream sauce and the bread and garlic!). The service: a single waitress took all our orders and she was just perfect. The plate delivery and eventual removal was a team effort and all were served at the same moment. Even the plate removal was done perfectly by the waitress and the bus lady.
