I was hesitant to make an appointment at first based on how old the reviews are but I'm glad I did. It's a small salon with higher end European products. I've had facials in the past but this was definitely an experience to remember. I went in for extractions and towards the end was shown exactly what was removed from my face. Overall the facial was great, but the "cream de la cream" was the pressure point massage. After a few deep pore cleansing treatments, I no longer suffer from acne and have noticed significant improvement in my skin. Like other reviewers have mentioned, Willa is as good as it gets when it comes to a deep-cleansing facial. She is an EXPERT on all skin types, from young and acne-prone, to dehydrated and mature. As a regular client with acne-prone skin, I can attest that she has been practicing almost her whole life and understands the science and art of extraction better than anyone I have ever known or heard of. She carries a wide variety of Decleor and Babor products and uses them simply because they are the best. Be sure to book in advance. You will typically only be able to catch her in between clients (because she's the only esthetician/owner of the business) but will get back to usually day-of if you leave a message. She also works Saturdays, which is a huge plus! My only heed of warning is do not expect this to be a typical "luxury" facial; the emphasis is not on the massage and other "trendy" treatments. Willa has done wonders for my skin. I had been prone to redness and blotchyness. She cleared that up within a couple of visits. Turns out that the expensive product I had been buying couldn't get through and moisturize because it was so dehydrated.
