Yes, that really did happen and the worst part is that John didn't care one bit. John did the complete opposite of what any company known for "good customer service" would do. He insulted us and was wondering why we wouldn't want to come back to his gym where MRSA was contracted. He denied that there could be any trace of MRSA at his gym, but he never tested it and didn't worry about it, just brushed it off. We spent 2 months going from ER to ER all the way to a specialist and of course that equates to lots of medical bills and lots of missed time from work. Meanwhile, John showed zero understanding and support - all he cared about was his client coming BACK TO THE GYM to lose weight. Now I'm scared to touch anything at ANY gym, let alone ever come back to his. John refused to give any kind of refund even though we didn't finish the last two months of training. I would never do business with him again.

Is it all exercise? No, it's his coaching and encouragement and call for personal accountability. He keeps you on track and gently encourages you. It is good . Oh yea... He has coached both of my boys 21 and 27 as well and taught them to appreciate regular exercise. They have gone from "gamers" to workout guys.-- not muscle bound meat heads but nicely fit healthy young men.. Who say " Dad can I go to the gym with you and work out with John?" Music to my ears... For me...with John I got stronger and healthier and focused and then I signed up for Weight Watchers and dropped 40 lbs. Exercise is only part of the story.. At his encouragement I changed what I eat and when I eat and how i eat.. Did he do that? no.. I did it. I write the check but I must get my butt to the gym. -- No whining-- YOU must change your behaviours and your attitudes to change your life If you eat fat you will be fat.... John coached me and encouraged me to change my life...and come to the gym..with calls and texts and reminders-- The Gym is Very Private and tidy and clean and comfortable and you can play whatever music you like during your private sessions. TV in the cardio room, and Alexa dishes up music of your choice in the workout room. These are private sessions. Not nagging but encouragement.. Your money and health is safe with John. "Hey where have you been? get back in here-- do your cardio when are you coming back?".. I have had two shoulder rehabs and various medical issues that took me out of the gym for months at a time but our agreement is golden, He honors his word.. . I give him money he makes time for me-- If you want to change your body and your health get yourself a time slot that works and get in the gym.2X per week. it does not happen overnight.. but it does happen if you suck it up, control your eating and make a commitment-- No excuses- Just results is his motto.
