We spent 2 months going from ER to ER all the way to a specialist and of course that equates to lots of medical bills and lots of missed time from work. Now I'm scared to touch anything at ANY gym, let alone ever come back to his. John refused to give any kind of refund even though we didn't finish the last two months of training. John coached me and encouraged me to change my life...and come to the gym..with calls and texts and reminders-- The Gym is Very Private and tidy and clean and comfortable and you can play whatever music you like during your private sessions. TV in the cardio room, and Alexa dishes up music of your choice in the workout room. These are private sessions. Not nagging but encouragement.. Your money and health is safe with John. "Hey where have you been? get back in here-- do your cardio when are you coming back?".. I have had two shoulder rehabs and various medical issues that took me out of the gym for months at a time but our agreement is golden, He honors his word.. . I give him money he makes time for me-- If you want to change your body and your health get yourself a time slot that works and get in the gym.2X per week. it does not happen overnight.. but it does happen if you suck it up, control your eating and make a commitment-- No excuses- Just results is his motto.
