And there were two types of resistance bands to choose from right there with you. It was easy to hear and see the instructor and she was encouraging throughout. He denied that there could be any trace of MRSA at his gym, but he never tested it and didn't worry about it, just brushed it off. We spent 2 months going from ER to ER all the way to a specialist and of course that equates to lots of medical bills and lots of missed time from work. Meanwhile, John showed zero understanding and support - all he cared about was his client coming BACK TO THE GYM to lose weight. Now I'm scared to touch anything at ANY gym, let alone ever come back to his. John refused to give any kind of refund even though we didn't finish the last two months of training. "Hey where have you been? get back in here-- do your cardio when are you coming back?".. I have had two shoulder rehabs and various medical issues that took me out of the gym for months at a time but our agreement is golden, He honors his word.. . I give him money he makes time for me-- If you want to change your body and your health get yourself a time slot that works and get in the gym.2X per week. it does not happen overnight.. but it does happen if you suck it up, control your eating and make a commitment-- No excuses- Just results is his motto.
