This is an ADORABLE outside food court in downtown Fort Collins that we accidentally stumbled upon! We were out searching for a certain ice cream place (that happens to be in the middle of The Exchange - Churn) on a Friday night, and walked into the Exchange! Oh my god, so cute! They have anything you could need here: Pizza, Craft Beer, a Distillery (Coppermuse), Donuts, Ice Cream, Chicken & Waffles, and more! There is a different aroma every time you turn around, and a ton of areas to sit, eat, and watch your surroundings. It was hoppin' on a Friday night, but felt so peaceful to be there. While waiting in a long line for the ice cream (most popular place apparently!) we could feel how much the people there loved their city. It's an awesome area, a hidden gem for out-of-towners, and a necessary stop.

This is a really cool area set up. Lots of food and drink options and just space to hang out and enjoy the outdoors and do some people watching or play bags or have snack. The public bathrooms are nice and clean, you just need to get the code from a merchant.

The pork is pork carnitas, so you can't go wrong with that. Super flavorful and tender. The birria comes with the traditional sauce to dip and is very good, very savory. I think the grill or pan has a seasoning on it that is just phenomenal on the crust of the grilled quesadilla. Seriously some of the best Mexican food I've had in Denver, and I've been here for 10 years and tried my fair share of Mexican food. The portions are large. I had leftovers. The side of street corn was my personal favorite. Overall, I'd highly recommend chili con quesadilla. We had Hippops as our dessert, which is right next to Chili Con Quesadilla. I'm always surprised about how good the gelato actually is in these bars! We tried the Godfather, which is pistachio gelato bar, covered in semi sweet chocolate and pistachios. We were told that the pistachio gelato is imported from Italy, and it was amazing! I would definitely get this again. 10/10 dessert option!! In general, the food hall provides choices for everyone. I think there's BBQ, Pizza, Shwarma, Thai, Indian, and maybe a few more I'm not remembering. There's an arcade we didn't check out, and an area that can open up (garage style doors) with a corn hole game area. Highly recommend.

I think it's fair to say everyone liked what they had, but also that no one thought what they got was amazing. The setup is nice, carving up a big industrial space with different seating options, sub-areas, and modern touches. All the vendors seemed to have a good system to let you know when your order is ready. The kid play area is outstanding, something I see regularly in some other countries but so rarely in the US (outside of a certain fast food chain). Adults want to sit, talk, and have a drink, kids not so much, everyone is happier with space given over to this use. I just hope it's not a temporary thing that will be replaced with a paying tenant.

My friend comes in here a lot as he lives nearby, is Chinese, and knows the owner. We had tried a viral noodle spot in Denver the night before that was twice the price and half the flavor. Beijing noodle really hit the mark! There is a row of parking outside, and we had no problem finding a spot on a Saturday afternoon. We saw in a cozy booth, and the owner himself takes care of the customers. Everything feels so authentic. I started with a hot tea, which really hit the spot and the potato salad, which had the perfect amount of flavor, balance, and not too much soy sauce like in some places. We also tried the cabbage, the scallion pancake, the oil spill noodles, and the Henan gravy noodles. You really can't go wrong, they were some of the best I've ever had, my only desire was that they would put more meat on the noodle dishes. The tiny chunks were so scarce and left me wanting more in every bite. I would have also loved more scallions in the scallion pancake. But it was perfect to dip in the noodle oil and really soak up that flavor and juiciness. Everything was divine, the prices cannot be beat, the ambience feels clean and genuine, and there's nothing better than the feeling of supporting a local family business. I could also see that they have received many awards on recognitions from Yelp and other publications celebrating their food and longstanding presence in Colorado. Can't wait to come back, maybe next time I'll ask for double meat

The noodle dishes at Beijing Noodle have been solid in the past. Unfortunately, the soups were really bad. My husband ordered the beef and broccoli soup and I ordered the wonton soup with noodles. Both broths were extremely watered down and completely lacked flavor. Mine tasted like pork water with seaweed. We kept taking a few bites hoping the flavor would show up, but it never did. Neither of us finished our bowls - we each had a small serving and threw the rest away. For about $40 for two soups and potato pancakes, it was a pretty disappointing meal. My takeaway: stick with the noodles here and skip the soup.

From first glance, you could see that there's three floors of which the food court is on the first floor and you could sit on a second or third floor for better views. All the foods looked amazing, but I opted to go to rooted to try the fried chicken sandwich with fries. The ordering process was very quick and the food was made very fast as well. Upon first glance, the chicken looked hand breaded and fried, so it was definitely going to be good. I got the Nashville hot, but it wasn't hot at all. I did not taste any spice. That's OK though because it was very flavorful and delicious. It also had a slaw on top and the bun was very soft. I also love the fry on the french fries as it wasn't too heavy or too light. I would definitely come back and try other foods. It was quite busy for a lunch during a weekday, which is a great sign that it's high-quality. I also love a food hall, which is something I don't see very often so it definitely catches my attention when there is one available.

I also had a watermelon drink and a pistachio cookie, and everything was perfect. There are a bunch of different places to check out inside, so everyone can grab exactly what they want and still sit together. Today, I specifically visited Call Your Mother, a Jewish deli, and Izzio Bakery. Atmosphere: Since I went right around the time they opened, the atmosphere was exactly what I needed. It was super laid-back and chill, making it the perfect place to get out of the house for a calm morning. As it gets later into the day and through the weekends, I know it gets very busy, but there is plenty of random seating throughout the hall and even some outdoor spots if you prefer. Parking: Parking is going to be street parking. Make sure you read the signs, but it is usually free. Even when the market is busy, I usually don't have to walk more than a block to get inside. So it is a very convenient location for the RiNo area. Service: The customer service throughout the market is great. At Call Your Mother, the cashier was very sweet, and they even text you when your food is ready. Over at Izzio Bakery, everyone is super kind and helpful while you're looking at their amazing pastry display. Even with a line, you're usually only waiting about 10 to 12 minutes for your items. Food: The food variety here is incredible. I tried the Sun City breakfast bagel sandwich from Call Your Mother and the hot honey was the perfect balance of sweet and spice on a toasted bagel. For a sweet treat, I went to Izzio Bakery for the Dulce de Leche Queen. The pastry case there looks like something out of a movie. The pastry itself was perfectly crisp on the outside with a delicious yellow vanilla cream and cinnamon on the inside. Overall Experience: Overall, I really enjoy coming here and trying new places. It is a fantastic destination for groups or just a solo morning out. Whether you want a savory breakfast bagel sandwich or a beautiful pastry, The Denver Central Market always hits the spot. I'll definitely be back to explore more.
