We also tried the cabbage, the scallion pancake, the oil spill noodles, and the Henan gravy noodles. You really can't go wrong, they were some of the best I've ever had, my only desire was that they would put more meat on the noodle dishes. But it was perfect to dip in the noodle oil and really soak up that flavor and juiciness.
