They treat refunds like a store credit. If the refund doesn't come in prior to the end of the same billing cycle it won't get applied to the current balance. It gets applied to future purchases and sits there till it's used up. I don't have any other credit cards that do this? Are they going to pay me 27% interest on that money while it sits there?! I won't be using that card anymore.

As a past VP of M & I bank I find that their policy's are "intolerable". I have been with BMO…read moresince their inception into the Milwaukee area. Over this time I was able to get to know the employees, always enjoyed talking to them. Recently they have changed their policy's regarding the cashing of checks including your own personnel ones. Now you have to show your drivers license when cashing a $10.00 check drawn on your own account. The other day I needed to cash a $1,500, again on my account which carries an average balance of medium 5 figures. Not only did they need my DL, but they also requested answering personnel questions to verify my identity. Not only do they have my signature on file, but I have talked to this teller numerous times. She knows who I am. What ever happened to Customer Service?? Needless to say, I will be moving all of my accounts to another financial institution. This is past the point of being ridiculous I also know of others who have transferred their accounts. Good Luck!!

After having issues with our previous bank, my husband and I made the decision to switch our…read morechecking account over to Chase. We have always had great customer service with them. Before moving our checking over, we had my car loan here. We currently have our truck loan and a credit card through them, as well. The process for opening our new checking account was very easy. My husband initially opened the account online, and we went into this location later on that day to add me to the account, and also to get our checks ordered. The staff was very nice and made everything go smoothly. While we were there that day, we were also able to refinance our truck loan and lower our monthly payment, without extending the life of the loan! We are very glad to be customers of Chase Bank, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is definitely one of the friendlier Chase banks around! The tellers are talkative and smile. I…read morepretty much always get greeted when entering and get told goodbye when exiting the bank. (Check out the free coffee & cookies, too!) This location is close to grocery shopping, department store shopping north on 76th and and a great new Indian place across the street. As a whole, I'm pretty happy with Chase. They have free checking, a simpler way to pay bills online, an app, decent credit card offers and what's very convenient is that they have a lot of branch locations and ATMs located inside most Walgreens stores. Way to go Chase bank!
