After 20 minutes I asked how long this wait would be and she said I don't know she's in an appointment, then followed with "another 10 minutes". I highly doubt that estimate is right and we should've been told of a 30+ minute wait off the bat. Sitting in a bank with a 3 year old for 30 minutes is impossible. I would avoid this location and find a different one even if it's a little further.
