The lady at the counter…read morewas very short and rude and said she can put our name on a list and we can have a seat on the couch. After 20 minutes I asked how long this wait would be and she said I don't know she's in an appointment, then followed with "another 10 minutes". I highly doubt that estimate is right and we should've been told of a 30+ minute wait off the bat. Sitting in a bank with a 3 year old for 30 minutes is impossible. I would avoid this location and find a different one even if it's a little further.

I supplied the documentation to prove adequate funds to close. In fact, there was twice the amount in my accounts to show sufficient funds. For security reasons, I chose to black out the account number on my investment account so no one could steal my identity. The underwriter insisted I supply the account number. I elected to apply at another institution who does not require that, nor did a second bank I checked with. Landmark lost a very good loan where I have 2 auto loans and a recently paid off Home Equity loan. My credit score is extremely high also. I know see why Landmarks customer satisfaction scores are so low. I hope their new President can address these numbers and have a plan to improve them. He certainly has his work cut out.
