So I went in for just a pedicure and I was asking if I could look at the price options and they…read morejust kept insisting that I get in the pedicure chair before I even picked which one I want... mind you their prices range from 30 to 60 bucks so I wanted to be very specific on what I want done to MY feet, BUT ANYWAYS I JUST SAT IN THE CHAIR AND ASSUMED THAT THEY WERE GONNA GIVE ME THE MOST EXPENSIVE ONE AND DID BUT SHE DID A GREAT JOB ON THE PEDICURE BUT THEN AFTER MY FEET WERE JUST SETTLING AND SHE HAD GOT DONE PAINTING MY TOENAILS SHE JUST COMES OVER WITH THE MANICURE STUFF AND STARTS GIVING ME A MANICURE THAT I DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR AND ABSOLUTELY MAULED AND BUTCHERED MY CUTICLES IN MY NAILS AND I TOLD HER I DON'T WANT THEM CLIPPED AND SHE SAID OK WELL I'M JUST GOING TO FILE THEM ANYWAYS AND IT HURTS SO BAD AND I KEPT FLINCHING AND WAS LIKE OW AND SHE JUST KEPT SAYING SORRY AND JUST CONTINUED TO DO IT. And since she was doing a manicure she asked what color I wanted on my nails and I told her let's just do a clearcoat because I was already upset and she didn't even do the clearcoat and just left me in the chair for like 20 minutes after she got done literally attacking my hands... and she came out from the back and was like oh you can go now and I was like oh do I need to pay and she was like oh right and had another guy check me out for a ridiculous price and then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to tip... and I did tip but I shouldn't have but there was the most manipulative unwelcoming service ever. I wouldn't go here for a new nail salon but if you're a regular who knows you'll get treated nicely and this is your cup of tea and go for y'all. and I know the store has been open for many many years but it was just dirty as fuck and they put me in the chair right after a lady was getting up from it and they didn't even clean it or wipe it down or anything they just gave me a new thing of water and that was it. So yeah very gross very unprofessional and very very much painful, I've had many manicures and many pedicures in my life and that was by far the most hateful one I've ever experienced.

This photo was taken after the second attempt. Needless to say, I left that salon and immediately went elsewhere to have them removed and re-applied. Again, maybe they were just having an off day. I've been getting my nails done professionally for more than 15 years and don't expect perfection. But when you're paying for a salon service, the end product should look a whole lot better than that.
