First time visiting. We ordered the chicken and waffles, let's taco bout it, classic BLT, endless summer drink and Bloody Mary. The chicken and waffles came with potatoes it was ok. Didn't really have any flavor even the syrup didn't taste like anything. The let's taco bout it was good, better flavor. The blt was ok she didn't like it. The endless summer drink was good, she said the Bloody Mary was not. Overall the show was good. It's real cute inside. Our waitress was great very attentive and helpful. Id return to see other shows and try other items.

Super chill venue. Live music, good food, good staff. The food alone would be worth the visit, but adding great live music makes this place amazing. They have some good cocktails, but many are on the sweet side, so if you prefer less sugar forward, ask before you order. The food selection isn't huge but it's good food and there is sufficient variety to make most people happy.

The Espresso Martini was as incredible as the live music and welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely return!

These cocktails were amazing. Some of the best and most unique in Nashville. I recommend the Charcuterie if you have a small group to nibble on while you drink. I love their Espresso Martini, they use Mr. Black Cold Brew liqueur which is the best coffee liqueur on the market IMO. The espresso martini comes with a cannoli and it's delicious and a fun garnish. The Cheese on Fire is a very similar take on Saganaki (if you're from Detroit or have visited Greektown, you know what I mean)! They use Halloumi cheese and not the typical Kasseri cheese found with Saganaki. If you get it, have your cameras ready because the flames are super cool. If you're trying to visit with a date or friends and want to catch up, be sure to check the website for showtimes because it get extremely loud in there since it doubles as a concert venue. Our servicer was nice, but we had to ask for flatware, napkins, and water after or food came, which isn't ideal. I'd expect those essentials to be on the table or given to us after being seating. BUT, that won't stop me from returning.

Drag brunch was SO fun here!!! The food is fine, a little overpriced for what you get but not bad. Highly recommend doing a drag brunch here. They are great for birthdays!

Went Saturday afternoon for the 2pm EMO drag show. Espresso martini was delicious! Friends ordered bottomless mimosas (best deal!) $14 for a Caesar salad which was just a bowl of lettuce with a few chickpeas and dressing. Added bacon for $6. While all tasted good; just overpriced. Now the drag show review...started off slow. Felt like they danced on stage for a minute then just moved across the room with their only goal to pick up tips. However 2nd 1/2 of the show was outstanding!! More energy and definitely worked the crowd. Great music selection too! Looking forward to the next themed drag show!

I was craving an espresso martini and heard this place has one of the best. Absolutely they do, AND it comes with a cannoli on it! The food was really good, the charcuterie board and cheese on fire was the perfect amount of snack food for three people. All of the cocktails we got were really good and each had their own yummy flavor. The service was kinda slow especially for how slow of a night it was, but everyone has bad days so that's not a factor that would make me not come back. There was live music when we arrived, and I must say it was extremely loud, so if you are looking for a place to have a conversation, I would probably not choose here. You could hear the music from the parking lot across the street and it was very loud from the inside. But if that's what you're looking for, come here!

We had the best time coming here for the Taylor Swift drag brunch! Not only were the performers so entertaining, our bartender Kat was fantastic!! So professional and attentive but also so nice and friendly! Had a great time talking to her and the drinks were made were great. We all had food and I personally recommend the biscuits! We would come here all the time if we lived closer but as it was, we had a blast!

This was a super fun brunch spot in Nashville! The live music was amazing, even if the restaurant was pretty loud. Our table of 5 was able to chat in between songs and sets. The service was very slow... we were served as soon as our table was seated but then didn't have someone come back for another 15-20 minutes. Thankfully another server, Shane, came by and brought us a bottle of champagne and took our food order. I would've appreciated more stops at our table but the staff was busy with a few big parties. The food was amazing and I was really impressed with the selection. We shared the prosciutto melon toast and the veggie board and it was a perfect amount for our table. I had the burger with added bacon and my favorite part was the secret sauce. So spicy and SO GOOD. Overall it was a fun experience and we all had a good time - shoutout to Willie Shaw who put on an amazing show for everyone!

My friends and I went here for brunch and we had a terrible experience. Three of us ordered the crab Benedict and 45 minutes after we ordered, the server comes by to tell us that they only have one Benedict left. That's fine if they're short on food but it was unbelievable that they told us so long after we placed our order. Two of my friends ordered something else instead, and I kept the Benedict as my order. It then took another 20 minutes to get our food, and some of my friends were still missing items (toast and hash browns) that were supposed to come with their meals. My Benedict was barely above room temperature by the time it was brought to the table. They also had live music but I only heard them perform for maybe 20-30 minutes and we were there for over two hours. As for the food, the Benedict was okay but I wish it was warmer. My friends liked the bodega sandwich. I would NOT recommend the Ube Cinnamon Roll. There was no taste of ube at all and it looked like just purple food coloring. The server was very apologetic and knew we didn't have a great experience. They really need to fix their current processes that are in place. We waited over an hour for food and the place wasn't even that crowded.

We made reservations for the 6 PM seating on a Friday night. First- the musicians were exceptional. The singer and full band were amazing. We had the Purple Rain, Old Fashioned and Espresso martinis. All of the cocktails were well made and tasty. Our only disappointments food wise were the sushi rolls and the mousse - the rice was a big overcooked and the mousse was not fully defrosted. Everything else was very good and the service was efficient and attentive. I will definitely return for another show.

The vibe was fun and very chic however the chairs were very uncomfortable. The music was fun and the food was okay- nothing to rave about. Worth going if you want something fun and different in a dinner.

The Bluebird Cafe was perhaps the biggest blind spot in my adventures as a concert goer. Thankfully for me, a can't miss opportunity arose and I was able to get tickets for it. I'm a HUGE Drive By Truckers fan and I've seen the band a dozen+ times live across the country. I've seen co-founder Patterson Hood solo a few times, but never Mike Cooley (the other co-founder) as he's simply never played live in a city I was living in or close to on a solo tour...until now. So when I saw he was doing 2 back to back shows at the Bluebird, a venue I had yet to experience, it seemed sort of kismet. I logged on when tickets went on sale and bought a great seat instantly for a very reasonable price. When I arrived, it was a bit early so I parked in the back gravel lot which was completely empty. There are Reddit scammers urging you to use Parkit and other apps to find a spot when you go to the Bluebird, but at least on this visit (a Thursday night for a sold out show) there was plenty of parking in the free gravel lot and in the lot for the adjacent bank which allows parking post 4:30...plus across the street in the Hillsboro neighborhood. If you have to Uber, there's a massive free lot at Green Hills mall 2 minutes away. Entry was easy, service was friendly. It's a cozy, warm environment. Food was good-- I ordered a "Bluebird basket" of chicken tenders and fries. I had a couple of beers and a whiskey on the rocks (Bulleit). They have a solid bar menu, some good beers (but none on tap), wine, and a few cocktail options. All reasonably priced. The show was fantastic. I love that they enforce a no-talking during the show and no late entry policy. Acoustics are fantastic. Service is friendly. Bathrooms are even clean, lol. It's a Nashville institution for a reason. See a show here.

Gayle, Jim, Erin, and I were here at the 6 PM show on 4/29/26 that featured Jason Duke, Keesy Trimmer, and Chris Bondi. We actually met Keesy when we were walking to the venue as his car pulled up and he asked if we were heading to the Listening Room? When we said yes, he was very excited. We were too at the end of the evening, with all of us agreeing that this was one of, if not the highlight of our trip to Nashville. The Listening Room itself is a large and acoustically solid room within what looked like an old International Harvester Farm Equipment Building. Food and Drink are served and I believe there was a minimum in addition to the admission price. This is normally not a place that you can walk in, so buy your tickets early. We found the food to be "adequate", the service very good, and a 5 Star show experience. Each songwriter took turns with a number, explained some background on it, name dropped artists who recorded their songs, and told some great stories. It seems like the Nashville songwriting community knows each other well, which might explain the easy familiarity all 3 had with each other and their individual song writing efforts. We might have related to Chris Bondi a little more, especially after singing the "I Bet You Would Have Loved Her" tear jerker, and a really funny one on getting high while skiing. Keesy had a great one about a boat and "Time Makes Money Look Cheap" cowritten by him and others and recorded by Chris Janson. Jason Duke showcased "Dibs" that was recorded by Kelsea Ballerini. Or was it "That Could Still Be Us" performed by Keith Urban? Our only regret was that tickets were still available for the 9 PM show (with a new songwriting team) and we passed it up. Post Note: Gayle's song title idea for Keesy: Don't go Puking on my Boots. :)

Nice commentary in between songs telling stories. This place is quite big. We were seated in the upstairs balcony as we were a group of about 40 people. The view was good if you were at the end of the table adjacent to the balcony. For appetizers our table ordered the chicken wings dry rub which were really good - hot, well cooked tender and crispy outside. Sweet potato fries were good and others had the pretzels with cheese sauce. For my main meal I ordered the southwest salad with turkey (cubed) - which was fine. Overall a good experience!
