Great spot. Detroit style pizza is awesome. Rainey was a great bartender. Play some darts in the basement bar, really nice setup.

The bouncer was rude and thought my 23 year old friend's ID was fake. This place is a bust.

We've been to The Finch three times now--twice sitting at the bar and once at a table. We…read moredefinitely prefer the bar, but I think that's just because we're bar people! The bar has two hidden TVs that you can only see when you sit at the bar, which is such a cool touch. It keeps the space feeling upscale without sacrificing the ability to catch a game. The overall ambiance is great, and the music is always at the perfect volume for an easy conversation. The drinks have been consistently excellent. We've tried both cocktails and wine, and everything has been delicious. The wine is a little overpriced in our opinion, but it was so good that I'm glad we still ordered it! On our most recent visit, we started with the burrata. It was very good, but I do wish there had been more sauce and more cantaloupe. The sauce felt more like an accent than something that really tied the dish together. That said, the perfect bite was definitely the burrata with the prosciutto and cantaloupe! For our entrees, Jonathan ordered the pork chop, and I had the piri piri chicken. Both came with broccolini and patatas bravas. I was expecting traditional Spanish-style patatas bravas, so when whole baby potatoes showed up, I was initially a little disappointed. Don't let that fool you, though--these potatoes were incredible!!! Crispy on the outside, perfectly cooked on the inside, and packed with flavor! They ended up being one of my favorite parts of the meal! My piri piri chicken was fantastic! The portion was much larger than I expected, and the piri piri sauce served on the side was absolutely lick-the-plate good. I found myself dipping the potatoes and broccolini in it because it was just that delicious. Piri piri isn't something you come across often in Nashville, and The Finch absolutely nails it--and at a really reasonable price. Jonathan's pork chop was cooked perfectly with great flavor. It wasn't an over-the-top, show-stopping dish, but for around $30--including both sides--at a more upscale restaurant, it's hard to beat the value. One more recommendation: get the volcano rock shrimp. We had it on a previous visit, and we still talk about it! It's easily one of our favorite dishes we've had here. The Finch has been consistently good every time we've visited, and that's what keeps bringing us back! Great food, great drinks, a fun atmosphere, and solid value for the quality. We'll definitely be back again!

I really liked the decor, the space was very pretty and had a great atmosphere. I ordered the blackened redfish. It felt very heavily seasoned , almost like the seasoning was the main flavor, and I couldn't really taste anything else. The seasoning was delicious, but I would have liked to experience more of the actual dish and ingredients. The sauce was good, and the mashed potatoes underneath were a nice touch. Service was okay, although I would have appreciated being checked on a little more often. I also asked for a cup of sparkling water but received and was charged for a large bottle, even though I was dining alone.

They offered a special Valentine's menu for the occasion, which was a nice touch--even though we stuck with items from the regular menu. From the moment we walked in, everything ran smoothly. We were seated and had our drink orders placed within three minutes of arriving. That kind of efficiency always sets the tone for a great evening. Our waitress, Ms. Evelyn, was outstanding. She was kind, attentive, and professional from the start. You can tell immediately when someone truly knows their craft, and Evelyn absolutely does. If you dine here, I highly recommend requesting her. We kicked things off with the Spicy Deviled Eggs. Delicious! I've never had anything quite like them--both interesting and excellent. The flavor had just the right kick without overpowering the dish. My only small complaint of the evening? Four eggs felt a little pricey. But taste-wise, they absolutely delivered. For our entrées, I had the Smoked Grilled Beef and Cheddar, and my wife ordered the Fish and Chips. Both meals were served warm and quickly, and both were excellent. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. To top it off, I had the chocolate cake à la mode for dessert--rich, indulgent, and the perfect ending to the night. The atmosphere was just right: great ambiance and music at the perfect volume so we could actually talk without shouting across the table. For a Valentine's dinner, that made all the difference. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Great food, great service, and a relaxed but special vibe. We'll definitely be back!

The atmosphere was great, and the food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the Breakfast Tower, and it was incredible definitely a must-try! Our server, Gray, was wonderful and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Everyone on staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided outstanding service. Such a fun vibe from the moment you walk in. Now let's talk about the food. The shrimp and grits were absolutely fire, easily in the top 5 I've ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection. The shrimp were juicy and succulent, and the sauce was rich, savory, and perfectly balanced with a little kick of spice. Honestly, I daydream about this dish often. Their drink menu is a good time too. Two chambongs for $10? Say less. And their espresso martini was so good. Caribbean Mimosa was a bit sweet but the passion fruit flavor was tasty. The bar service was fantastic, friendly, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely fun. Food came out quickly, even with how busy they were. This is definitely a popular brunch spot for groups, so I'd recommend making reservations. The restaurant is two stories with a great upstairs outdoor seating area. If you're looking for a lively brunch spot with great music, amazing food, fun drinks, and top-notch service, this is the place. I look forward to coming back!

As we settled in with the menu our questions were answered. The pretzel appetizer took a rather long time. Apparently the original portion was burned and was remade. Our main meal arrived and I ordered a brown ale. I nearly finished my burger before the ale arrived "The bar was backed up". Our meals were hot and freshly made from the kitchen. The Jasper Burger was juicy and the bleu cheese was slightly brown and went well with the patty. I was able to swap the American cheese out for the blue. My bang bang Brussels were excellent with the right amount of spiciness. Chicken sandwich and wedge fries looked delicious as did all the food. All in all the food was very good and the service was accurate if a bit slow. Tips: Parking in the lot is validated. Head on in and scan the QR code at the host station for three hours of free parking. It appears that even though they don't offer alternative cheeses on the menu if you ask you can get any cheese they have for the other dishes. Be sure to review your check. I also came when it wasn't super busy so food came out quickly. My second time was happy hour on purpose. I wanted the Pinot again but they didn't have a full glass worth of it left. She gave me what little they did have, and I ordered the Preds Punch. Way too sweet but looked really cool. Both times service was good. Would go back a third time if I'm ever in the area.
